Because yes I crave the funky emotions that come with writing hurt/comfort

It's bleak compared to the previous oneshot I know but I really need this right now-

The German Harem will make a return in a few more chapters so if you don't like angsty stuff that something to look forward to I guess XD

(Comment in a fluff prompt here if you want! An idea that follows up with this oneshot, or just anything in general! Something short that I can write in a day or two as well why not :DD) (Or you could just bid me to write the German Harem faster because procrastinate needs to stop bullying me-)

anywayy time to create sadness to distract myself away from real life. (Warning: this chapter involves them fighting ahahaha- *cries*) Thank you SnaggedChocolate for the prompt that I'm using here today!! There were others, but I'll use them on another oneshot soon-

"Why wouldn't you just listen?!" Russia slammed the door to their bedroom open, walking fast toward the window and staring outside to calm his nerves, bristing as Germany followed him, standing a few feet away.

He heard him run a hand through his hair in frustration before shouting loudly back at him. "Okay, what do you want me to listen to?! You yelling at me about why I can't hang out with friends?"

Russia snapped his head around and faced him, anger flooding over the brief moment of hurt in his eyes. "I never said that, it just seems to me you 'hang out' a lot with them these few weeks!" He bit back, trying not to growl when Germany rolled his eyes and crossed his arms at him. "They're just friends! Don't tell you're jealous?!"

A sharp pang to his chest made him clench his hands at his sides. "Maybe I am, because you seem to give more time to them than you do to me!"

He watched as Germany's face went slack for a split second, and a dark part inside him surged up to take it in. He paused and realized just in time to shove it down, watching Germany dropped down his arms. The angry glare in his golden eyes returned immediately after.

"You know, we're just fighting over nothing-"

"No we're not. I think this is something we should be talking about." Russia snapped and took a step toward him, feeling more rage built up at his easy dismissal. "I know we work separately, so we can't see each other every second of the day. I respect that, you have your life and I have mine, but it hurts when I feel like you don't have the time for Me anymore!"

They were still standing apart from each other, and tense silence began to creep into the room. He took a breath and looked away from Germany's staring golden eyes for a moment, refusing to let him watch the wet, heavy feeling that was slowly gathering in the corner of his eyes after that straightforward admission of his feelings.

"...what if you just joined us in the office?" Germany spoke up after a while, his voice softer, but not quite out of the anger zone. "Even if your government chose not to be in the EU, at least we are closer than you working from home and saying that-"

"No."

"Russia you haven't even given it a chance-"

"I don't need to give it a chance when I know what you're going to say next." He grounded out, his fingernails pressing so hard into his palms until crescent shaped indents were forming underneath them. "I just want to spent time with you, during the evenings after work where we can just be alone and be ourselves."
