Angst Week No. 5!

This is Also the celebration oneshot 1 year anniversary of an AU close to my heart, our first AU in the oneshot book >3

It goes by the name 'A Demon and A Werewolf'. Ahh great memories.

Good story line(maybe), some bits of forbidden love and supernaturality in it, everyone from the newer guys and people from way back before(❤ヾ(๑❛ ▿ ◠๑ ) love all of y'all no homo-) seemed to like it too <3

BUT NOW WE TOSS IN SOME ANGST AHAHA-

(damn if the AU is a year old than so is this book-)

63 ONESHOTS IN A YEAR

IS THAT GOOD PROGRESS IDK. OTHER OHESHOT BOOK AUTHORS WHATCHA THINK-

Please tell me, do you think I've improved? I just hope that all this while, I managed to put some smiles on peoples faces :)))

BUT NOT TODAY HA-

TODAY ANGST IS MAIN COURSE NOT FLUFF-

fluff for dessert no problem-

Please enjoy! :3 ❤❤❤

(P.S this oneshot takes place pre-children. So Lilith and Samael do not exist right now. Honestly, this AU has so much potential, It'll be a shame...to just...let it go to waste...on them settling down...and having cute af half demon kids...sO HERE WE ARE. No kids. More drama. Yes-)

(Life lessons everyone no kids more drama-)

(not really a warning on this chapter. I think its quite mild, other than a kidnapping and then a large massacre. Oh and some semi-gorey injuries as well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

"Привет, Viktor? How are sales?"

Russia picked up a couple of potatoes from the basket in the stall, listening in on the conversation near him. His swordsmith master had sent him out to get provisions, and wouldn't mind if he took long.

"Good, товарищ!(1) I've got some good plants for your girl, and some new chalk I got from...people." The shop vendor said, a smirk on his bearded face. The man standing opposite him laughed and grabbed an apple from one of his other baskets, taking a bite out of it.

"Not what I need today, Vik. Me and the boys caught something. Something really big.  Not just pulling back dead relatives from the underworld." The man said again, lowering his voice. Viktor's bushy eyebrows lifted and he leant forward, intriguing.

The wolf's spirit growled in his head as Russia asked him for a small favour, and increased his hearing ability. Russia thanked it in his mind, continuing to eavesdrop on the conversation which acting normally, picking out more vegetables slowly nearby.

"Ohh yeah. It was huge. I've never seen such magnificent wings. Erica thinks its wing horns can be used to make powerful potions and spells."

Russia paused, trying to decipher what he could be talking about. He snuck his eyes to the right to try and see who the man was. He had dark brown hair, and sharp grey eyes. He didn't recognize him, was he from nearby villages?

He was so deep into thinking he missed the vendor's question. The man's eyes flinted around, and Russia quickly looked away, pretending to be inspecting garlic bulbs. "I got the book from my auntie Linda, ya know her?" Viktor nodded.

He knew Linda, she was the village's witch, or so she called herself. Not in public of course. Russia had nearly be caught by her during his earlier days as a werewolf. That old croon was probably crazy, she tried to trap him using some 'sun water' or something, he didn't remember.
