Avu: Wait a second. Why are you lying?
Adam: Avu please yaar. Anyways he won't do anything now so there is no harm to you and Ash, then why does it matter.
Avu: Ok ok continue.
Adam: Yeah so he believed it as I said him that anyways you all will be dead so I'll support him. Then I came here and faked the attack. Then I ran from the police so that he doesn't understand my plan. But I didn't expect him to come and try killing me and Sid.
Avu: So that man was your brother?
Adam: Yes.
Avu: Why don't you tell Sid the truth?
Adam: I want the whole mafia to be over as they are spoiling lives of the children not only in India but other countries of Asia also. I don't want other children to suffer from the same thing that my brother suffered from.
Avu: But how will you do that and why are you telling me all this?
Adam: Will you help me?
Avu: Uh I'm not so sure about all this mafia stuff so I can't answer you immediately.
Adam: It's ok, I understand. But please come meet me today afternoon in the jail to give your answer. Now I'll have to go before they realise that I'm gone.
Avu: Ok.
Adam: Also don't tell anyone what happened. And sorry for keeping you awake.
Before Avu could answer she heard the noise of Ash's door and as soon as she turned back to see Adam, he was gone like he never came itself. Just then a voice startled her.
Ash: Avu, aaj tu itni jaldi uth gayi. Abhi to sirf 7 baji hai. [Avu, you woke up early today. Its just 7.]
Avu: Woh meri neend aaj thodi jaldi khul gayi. Aur waise bhi 1½ ghante mein mujhe nikalna hai. [Yeah I wasn't feeling much sleepy. And anyways I have to leave in 1½ hour.]
Ash: Avu, aaj Saturday hai. Aaj tujhe hospital nahi jana hai. [Avu, today is Saturday, you don't have to go to hospital today.]
Avu: Oh ha. Mai bhul gayi thi. Waise mein aaj tere sath set par nahi aa paungi toh kal aa jaungi. Aur waise bhi dinner par mil hi lungi Vishal se toh. [Oh yes, I forgot. I won't be able to come to the set today so I'll come tomorrow. And I'll anyways meet Vishal at dinner.]
Ash: Ok. Mera aaj ka shoot 10 baje hai to mujhe 9 baje nikalna hoga to mai tayar hoke aati hu. Tu bhi tayar hoja phir nashta banate hai. [Ok. My shoot is at 10 so I'll leave leave at 9 so I'll get ready and come. You also get ready then we will make breakfast.]
Avu: Hmm.
They both got ready and had breakfast. Then Ashnoor left for the set.
Avu's POV:
Ash left for the set. I had decided to go to police station at 1 so I was free for now. I was scrolling my Instagram when I got a call from an unknown number. Call conversation;
Avu: Hello
Unknown: Hello Avu, mai Abhishek. [Hello Avu, I'm Abhishek.]
Avu: Abhi bhai, aapke paas mera number kaise aaya? [Abhi bhai, how did you get my number?]
Abhi: Woh mujhe Reem ne diya tha. [Reem gave it.]
Avu: Oh.
Abhi: Acha mujhe kuch kaam tha toh mai monday ko hospital aa sakta hu tumse milne? [I have some important work so can I meet you on monday in hospital?]
Avu: Ha. Aap 1 baje aa jana, mai tab free rahungi. [Yes. You can come at 1, I'll be free.]
Abhi: Ok thanks. Waise tu abhi kidhar hai? [Ok thanks. Where are you now?]
Avu: Abhi mai ghar par hi hu. Saturday aur Sunday mujhe chuti hoti hai. Acha mujhe aapko kuch puchna tha, Siddharth aaj ghar par hi hai ki police station gaya hai? [I'm at home now. I have holiday on Saturday and Sunday. I had to ask you something, is Siddharth at home or went to the police station?]
Abhi: Woh aaj 3 baje jayega. [He'll go at three today.]
I heard some screaming.
Abhi: Mujhe jana hoga, Vishu bula rahi hai. Bye. [I'll have to go, Vishu is calling. Bye.]
Avu: Bye.
Call ended.
After that I started getting ready to go to the police station with my luck being good that Siddharth wouldn't be there to question me.
At police station;
I went inside the station to find Jaireem near the desk. As soon as they saw me they stood up.
Reem: Avu tu yaha? [Avu you here?]
Avu: Woh mujhe Ad... sorry killer se milna hai. [I want to meet Ad... sorry killer.]
Jai: Kya? Par kyu? Aur Ad kya bol rahi thi? [What? Why? And what were you saying Ad?]
Avu: Mai baadme bataungi abhi mujhe usse milna hai. Waise bhi woh kuch nahi kar sakta hai mujhe idhar. [I'll say later I want to meet him right now. Anyways he can't do anything to me here.]
Jaireem (hesitantly): Ok.
Reem led me to Adam's jail and then went back. As soon as Reem left, Adam came to me.
Adam: Before we talk, you won't be saying the reason behind you being here to anyone except Jai and Reem. Make sure they don't say anyone else, especially police.
Avu: Ok. But why are you hiding the truth from the police, I mean you are innocent so why don't you inform it to the police?
Adam: Because few officers are corrupted while few are scared of the mafia. We can't trust the officers.
