Vaishu's POV:
I thought Avu is pregnant when she said that she is gonna have a daughter soon and when she puked, but I guess she has already given birth since she said her daughter will be Vaishvik's elder sister. Now that I think of it, she had asked Abhi if it's okay to hide something, she has been distant for some while in between, and that day after party, she had started fighting with me for pickle, since we both wanted it, and as far as I remember, as Sana she always used to hate pickles. But I didn't let Avu know I heard everything, as it was clearly seen she didn't want us to know. After sometime she went home. I couldn't help but wonder who is the father of her daughter? When will she say us about her daughter? What if Siddharth is the father, which is a possibility considering they were a married couple? That evening when Abhi came home, I still couldn't remove my mind from Avu's daughter. If I wouldn't have pushed the door by mistake, I would have at least known her child's name. Right now we had come to room after dinner.
Abhi: Vishu, kya hua hai, tera dhyaan hi nahi hai? Vaishvik ro raha tha aur mai change karne gaya hua tha, tumne suna hi nahi. [Vishu, what has happened, your mind isn't here only? Vaishvik was crying and I had gone to change, you didn't hear only.]
Vishu: Sorry mere dhyan nahi tha. [Sorry I wasn't paying attention.]
Abhi laid down the now asleep Vaishvik in the crip before coming to me and holding my hands looking at me.
Abhi: Vishu, kya hua hai? Subah Avu aayi thi, tab kuch hua? [Vishu, what happened? In morning Avu had come right, did something happen at that time?]
I wasn't sure if I should tell him about it. But then I sighed before finally saying.
Vaish: Abhi, Avu ki ek beti hai. Mujhe nahi pata kab huyi, kya hua. Aaj Avu mujhse puchi ki bache ke sath kaise lagta hai. Maine jawab dene ke baad pucha kyu puch rahi hai toh wo dheeri awaaz mein boli ki kyunki uski khudki beti hone waali hai. Maine kuch nahi pucha kyunki uske tone se pata chal raha tha ki woh mujhe nahi batana chah rahi thi. Phir usko vomit bhi hui, toh mujhe laga ki woh pregnant hai. Par jab mai apni dress change karne gayi, maine usse kehte hue suna ki Vaishvik ki ek badi behen hai ab, joh usse kuch hi din badi hai, par naam nahi suna uski beti ka. [Abhi, Avu has a daughter. I don't know when, what happened. Today Avu asked me how does it feel like with a child. I answered and asked why she asked so she said she is going to have a daughter in a low voice. I didn't ask anything as it was clear I wasn't supposed to hear it. Then she vomited, so I thought she is pregnant. But when I had gone to change I heard her say that Vasihvik has an elder sister, who is only few days older than him. but couldn't hear the name.]
I could say he was completely shocked. He then asked the question which I have been thinking about.
Abhi: What if she is Sid's daughter?
Vaish: That's what is troubling me Abhi, as there is a possibility. Should we tell maa?
Abhi: I guess we should, but what about Sid? If she is his daughter, he might not be able to be a father to her, as we don't know if Avu feels for him. And if it's not his child, then there is someone else in Avu's life, which won't be good for Sid. And what about Avu? If she is Sid's daughter, Avu would have no idea of who is her father's child, how would she be feeling?
We both went to maa and saw Sid there. Great, now how do we send him from here? Of course we can't tell him, not now at least. He was exiting the room when stopped seeing us.
Sid: Aap dono yaha? [You both here?]
Vaish: Wo Vaishvik ka diaper nahi badla jaa raha tha, toh maa ki help chahiye thi. [I wasn't able to change Vaishvik's diaper, so I needed maa's help.]
I know well how to do it, but that's the only thing I could think of. He nodded and went.
Abhi: Maa, hume aapse kuch baat karni hai zaruri. [Maa, we had to say something important.]
We went and sat on the bed near her. I explained everything I told Abhi to maa. She had tears in her eyes. She considers Avu and me as her own daughter, so it was expected.
Vibha: Par woh humse chupa kyu rahi hai yeh baat? Pehle toh choti se choti baat bolti thi, aur ab itni badi baat chupa rakhi hai. [But why is she hiding it from us? Earlier she used to tell us the smallest of things, and now she is hiding something so big.]
Abhi: Maa, wo Avneet hai, Sana nahi, ye baat hume samajhni hogi. Rishte toh phir wahi jod liye usne, lekin maa bharosa wakt leta hai aur wo as Avneet hume janti hi kitne wakt se hai? Wo humse kuch bhi chupaye, uska decision hai aur hum kuch nahi bol sakte hai kyunki sach toh yahi hai ki hum uske liye ajnabi hai jinse wo kuch mahino pehle hi mili thi. [Maa, she is Avneet, not Sana, we will have to understand this. She has formed the same relations with us agai, but maa trust takes and since how long does she know us as Avneet? Whatever she hides from us, it is her decision and we cannot say anything because the truth is we are few strangers whom she met few months back to her.]
I and maa had tears in our eyes listening to his words. He was right, we were so happy seeing Sana is here, with us, that we forgot that for her things aren't the same as earlier.

Avu's POV:
Next morning I woke up early, though it was a Saturday, as today is the fight. I got ready and went downstairs to see Ash there, still in her night wear.
Avu: Good morning Ash, kya baat hai aaj jaldi uth gayi? [Good morning Ash, why you are up early?]
Ash: Good morning, mujhe neend nahi aa rahi thi. Tu itni jaldi tayar ho gayi, itni jaldi toh tu hospital ke liye bhi tayar nahi hoti hai. [Good morning,Ii wasn't sleepy. You are ready so fast, you don't get ready this soon for hospital also.]
Avu: Wo ek zaruri kaam hai toh mujhe waha jaana hai, phir waha se direct uncle ke ghar. [I have to go for an important work, from there I'll directly go to uncle's home.]
Her face fell hearing I won't be at home for so long today also.
Avu: Kal mai pura din ghar pe hi rukhungi, promise. [Tomorrow I'll be at home all day, promise.]
She immediately lit up, causing me to shake my head as I smiled at her before going and making us breakfast.
Avu: Mai tera nashta bhi abhi hi bana rahi hu, khaye jab garam kar lena. [I'm making your breakfast too, heat it when you want to eat.]
Ash: Ok. Acha Avu, aaj Vishal aa sakta hai kya? [Ok. Avu, can Vishal come here today?]
Avu: Ha, lekin mujhe ghar aisa hi chahiye jab mai waapis aau, zyada gandagi mat karna. [Yes, but I want the home like this only when I return, don't make a mess.]
Ash nodded with a huge smile. After breakfast I left for the place I'll be meeting Adam uncle, to find him already there, waiting for me.
