Agad silang sumaludo bilang paggalang at pagbati.

Sumaludo ako pabalik. Pero si Maia ay agad tumakbo papunta sakin tsaka ako niyakap.
"I missed you." Aniya. Napangiti ako sabay hagod sa kanyang likod.
Bumitaw siya sa yakap.
"Any news?" Tanong ko sabay tingin kila Milo.
Agad namang kinuha ni Keegan ang aking bag para dalhin ito sa camp base. Kami namang apat ay tumungo kaagad sa office ni Colonel Walker, since the situation is very urgent!
Hindi na dapat kami nag-aaksaya ng panahon pa.
"Report." Kako habang nakatingin ng deretsyo sa harapan, habang naglalakad.

Kumatok muna ako bago pumasok sa office ni Colonel Walker. Kita sa mukha nito ang kaunting pagkagulat.
"Captain Martinez!" Tawag nito sakin. It's been a long time since I heard that name of mine. Specially the surname, 'Martinez'.
Agad akong sumaludo sa kanya na sumunod naman sila Maia, Milo at Eliot.
"Kararating mo lang?" Tanong nito.
"Yes, Sir." Kita sa mukha nito na problemado at tila nag-aalala.
"What's the status now, after the news?" I asked at tumingin sa kanya ng deretsyo.
Napabuntong hininga si Colonel Walker.
"The White House called." Panimula nito.
"All of the allied President wants to visit and respect the death of Denver's leader. Well, it is too required that they should go, of course." He explained.
Napalabi ako.
"I'll volunteer to go-" Pero hindi na niya ako pinatapos pa.
"I know, Harper. But we should wait the General and the Upper's order. They're debating now in the main head quarters." Aniya.
Napakagat ako sa aking labi.
"Don't worry. I am too, expect that you'll go. It's our president's life that we are talking about now. We never know." Dagdag nito. Tumango ako.
"Of course, your team will go too."
"But you will be on land, with the President. The others will check the perimeter and back ups." Tuloy nito.
As I expected, of course, automatic na yun kapag ganon ang usapan.
"How 'bout the Secret Services?" I asked. Talking about the secret agents and body guards of the President.
