Type POV

Months after. We are currently in our second semester. We've been so busy doing our thesis and at the same time finalizing things before graduation. It's only 2 months before our graduation date and I can't help but feel so excited about it. Not only because finally, I will be fulling my mother's wish for me but more importantly is that I and Tharn can finally live our life on our own. I have so many plans for our life together. I'm so excited about what the future holds for both of us.

I don't care about any of these material things that I have, I can let go of all this just to make sure my future with him. I'm so over the moon excited about this.

I and Tharn are currently in the car on the way home. I can't help but smile a little. Even if he focuses on driving me, he is still making me feel loved like this. He's been holding my hand ever since we have left the university and kissing it from time to time while driving. I'm busy eating my favorite food as always my burger without mayo!!

I hate that thing!!

"Why are you smiling bii?"Tharn asked me out of nowhere.

"Nothing boo. I'm just happy!!" I smilingly said then eat another bite of my burger

"Happy about what bii? Your burger?? It's your favorite I know but no mayonnaise, I wonder why you hate that thing. It's delicious you know. I usually add more of it to my burger but you? You hated it so much!!" My Tharn is teasing me about it again

"I don't know boo!! I just hate it and JAKE!! Don't mock me just because I hate the thing that you love. How about Strawberry!! Why do you hate it so much!! You are weirder than me you know!" I exclaimed to him. How dare he teases my hate about mayonnaise. I tried to pull my hands of him but he just pulled it more and help it tightly. He kissed it again

"Sorry bii, You're just really cute whenever I tease you like this. hahahaha" He just laughs at me

"Such a tease!!" I said to him and just look away. I felt him just kiss my hands again, I smiled discreetly.

After a while, we finally arrive at our mansion. As the butlers open the main door for us. I can feel the tension that they are feeling. Most of our maids are standing in line beside the living room which means that my dad is home.

My heart started to feel heavy and beat so fast. I don't know what I should do! I'm feeling like I'm drowning. I looked at Jake who is currently just following me. He looked uneasy too just like me he understood what is happening.

There I saw my dad sitting in the living room with 3 other people. 2 of them looked like oldies like my dad and one of them is a girl which I think is the same as my age. They are all smiling at me when I went near them. So is my dad.

"Oh! Liam!! You're finally here!! Come sit. You!! you can now go stand beside the other butler.!!" My dad said to tharn which he immediately followed. Tharn is like a robot whenever my dad is here. He can only speak when dad and I are talking to him, he can only do what my dad and I asked him to do. He is nothing just like what my dad always called him

I quickly followed what my dad asked me to do and sit beside him.

"What's the matter, dad? Who are they?" I curiously asked them, I've never seen them before. I know they are not our relatives because we don't have any of those.

"They are Mr. and Mrs. Langkapin, They are one of our biggest business partners in our corporation. This is their daughter Eye, you met her when I brought you to one of our parties last year." My dad smilingly said which is weird cause he never smiled like that which made me more anxious.

"Ahh yes, dad! I've met her!" I smilingly said pretending like I do remember her which is not. I'm not good with faces especially if they are not important to me.

(A/N You may find this condition the same with Gulf in SLMB, it applies to me don't protest about it hahaha)

"I have invited her here cause I want you both to start getting to know each other." My father happily said but why?? why do I have to know someone like her? I simply looked at Jake, his face looked sour like he understood what my dad is saying. Am I missing something

"But why dad? I'm sorry to you Auntie, Uncle, to you Eye but why do I have to be closed with someone that I've only met for a couple of times." I protested

My dad face became different and became serious

"Because you are already 21 and nearly graduating. After you graduate I want you to start learning and practicing how to manage your business on your own. You are my heir!! It's your job and responsibility." My dad firmly said

"So what do I being the heir got to do with them." I may sound rude but I don't care. This is me so deal with it

"I didn't raise you to act like this Liam!!" My dad angrily said. I know he is now angry with me and just trying to calm himself down.

Raised me? You never did!! I want to say those words to him so badly but I tried my best not to. I don't want to harm other people again just because of my temper and bad mouth

"I'm sorry dad, I didn't mean to. I'm just tired with my school activities." I tried my best to look sorry even though I'm not. My father's serious face became at ease.

"With your question on why they are here. I would like you to be familiar with Eye from now on." my dad firmly said

"but Why dad?" I asked him

"Because Eye is going to be your fiancee from now own. I've chosen her to be your wife in the future and the future mother of the future heir of our corporation. " My dad smilingly.

"WHAT?? Fiancee?? But why?? I don't know her?? She is not my girlfriend." I'm currently hysterical right now.

NO!! I can't accept this!! I will never accept this. Eye and her parents are just looking away from me

"STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILD LIAM!! YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THE ROLE OF YOUR SOON-TO-BE WIFE AND I CAN'T LET JUST ANYBODY ELSE BE IN THAT POSITION!! I HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOU SO DEAL WITH IT!! END OF DISCUSSION!!" My dad firmly said without looking at me

I looked at Tharn he looked so sad and confused. I quickly stand on my feet and face my dad. I don't care if he will be angry at me!! I can't let any of this plan of his happen. I can't I have Tharn!!

"NO, DAD!! I WILL NEVER MARRY SOMEONE THAT I DON'T LOVE OR EVEN KNOW ABOUT!! NO!! I CAN'T!!" I shouted at him which is the first time that I would do this my whole life.

THEN I RUN QUICKLY INTO MY ROOM WITHOUT WAITING FOR HIS WRATH TO WELCOME ME!!!
