Chapter 51 - Nash and Her Penthouse

Nash invited Lauren to her newly-bought penthouse located in Uptown Tower, Escoda Island. It's the tallest residential building in the whole Escoda Island, with a height of 414 metres. The Journalist Union of Escoda provided her that condo for her to live. Nakapagipon siya para sa mga pambili ng gamit niya para sa condo gamit ang scholarship money na natatanggap niya, at kasama niya sa condo niya ang family niya.

"Lauren, imbitado kayo nina ate Kate sa condo unit ko ah. Isama mo din si Mrs. Bates kung di siya busy." Nash said.

"Sige ba! Sina ate Mary, invited din ba?" Lauren asked.

"Oo, pupunta daw sila kasama si kuya Kenneth. Basta, lahat ng tropa. Punta kayo ah?" Nash said. Kausap niya sa phone si Lauren at nasa terrace siya ng condo niya, drinking a glass of rum with cola.

"Oo naman. Pupunta kami." Lauren answered.

"Good! See you tomorrow!" Nash smiled.

Stephanie's coming with Lauren. Kasama nina Lauren sina Erica, Christine, Tessa, Brielle, Charlene at si Kate. Kasama ni Charlene ang ngayong boyfriend niya na si Sejun.

"Mga ate, gusto ko pong ipakilala sa inyo si Sejun, dang boyfriend ko po." Charlene said, introducing Sejun to them.

"Nice! Diba Sejun, kagrupo ka nina kuya James?" Lauren asked.

"Ah opo! Ako po ang captain ng grupo po namin!" Sejun replied with a smile.

"Sejun ah, iingatan mo yang pinsan naming si Charlene! Malilintikan ka talaga pag nalaman naming sinaktan mo yan." Kate sternly said. "Aalagaan mo yang si Charlene ah?"

"Ate! Huwag mo namang takutin si Kuya John Paul, hahaha!" Charlene laughed.

"Di ko naman siya tinatakot, nagbibigay lang ng advice!" Kate said with a smile.

"Opo naman ate Kate! Tsaka alam naman po namin ang mga limitasyon namin." John Paul replied.

"Good!" Kate replied.

Whilst waiting for the others to come, they congregated at Lauren's house.

"It's great that we are invited to Nash's party. I'm so honoured that she invited me though we may not be close." Stephanie said.

"That's true. Nash is a very kind person. I've hangout with her many times." Charlene said.

"Anyway, I'm comfortable with my street-smart clothes." Christine said.

"Naiimpluwensyahan ba naman kayo nina Lauren na magsuot ng street smart ano?" Kate said.

"Opo ate eh!" Erica replied.

"Anyway Mrs. Bates, are you going to bring your new car or not?" Brielle asked.

"I'm not bringing my car. Can I ride in your car, darling?" Stephanie requested.

"No worries, Mrs. Bates! I'm happy to ride you in my car!" Brielle smiled.

"Anyway guys, me inaantay pa ba?" Lauren asked.

"Wala na Lauren. Oks na tayo." Kate said.

"Oo te. Baka matagalan baga si ate Nash sa atin." Charlene replied.

"Let's go girls!" Lauren smiled.

At kanya-kanya silang dala ng kotse. Charlene bought her TVR Sagaris car. Brielle rode in her 2015 Bentley Mulsanne car at kasama niya nga si Stephanie. Escoda Island is 20 minutes away from Lauren's house pag walang traffic. Kaso, medyo traffic sa Pan-Escoda Highway dahil araw ng Sabado.
