“I didn’t know you were coming to this school” I laughed as Kyle walked beside me.

“Well I do live across the street from you” He laughed back when we entered the food hall.

Lunch was always some mad rush, like a jungle. Only the strong survived.

The jocks usually pushed or shoved there way to the front.

The cheerleaders didn’t eat anything or flirted with the guys whilst slyly moving up the cue.

I saw Ash stood across the hall talking with a group of guys. He noticed me then motioned for me to join them. I dragged Kyle with me.

“Hey” I smiled after Ash hugged me and gave me a peck on the lips.

“Hi” He spoke then noticed Kyle stood behind me.

“I’m Kyle. I don’t think we’ve met before” Ash set his jaw then shook hands with Kyle. This was an awkward situation.

I took Ash’s hand and pulled him towards the food, mumbling about getting some lunch. We joined the cue, Ash was still watching Kyle.

“Could you at least be nice to someone for once?” I asked, picking up a bottle of water.

“I don’t like him. He seems trouble” Ash replied while he grabbed a Coke bottle.

“He’s not. Be kind to someone for once Ash. Stop being so protective” I looked in disgust at the food they were serving. I think I’ll pass. I grabbed a salad box then made my way to the front.

After paying for my lunch I stood waiting for Ash. He finally emerged from the crowd and invited me to sit with him today.

I accepted then followed him to his table. Kyle seemed to be settling in well. He was talking to the guys about sports while every girl in the cafeteria stared at him. I don’t blame them.

Ash slammed his lunch down while I graciously placed mine down on the table. I knew he was angry, talk about mood swings.

“How has your day been?” I asked Ash trying to start a conversation. He mumbled something quietly then looked at his phone.

“Brook isn’t in school today, apparently. Probably skipping” He commented while texting someone.

My phone buzzed in my bag. I pulled it out of my bag, starting to read the message that was on the screen.

Unknown- Your boyfriend  has some serious anger issues.

Me- Who is this?

Unknown- That’s for me to know and for you to ...

My head automatically started thinking crazy things. I have a stalker who: knows I have a boyfriend, knows he is in a stress and knows my number!
