Chapter 7 Recap: The group figures out that Daddy Dearest was the one behind the posters in StarLucks, so they decide to rap battle him, but Whitty remembers a mysterious voice in his head saying random things.
Suddenly, he remembered a girl that was playing Friday night Funkin Whitty mod, she tells him that it was by accident, but was it really by accident?
Chapter 8 - Unrecorded Memory
???: I didn't mean to summon you here from the Friday night Funkin world. I meant to play the Whitty mod of the game.
Whitty: It's alright-
Whitty: Anyways... where am I?
Chiaki: I'm Chiaki Nanami, Ultimate Gamer, and the place you are in is Jabberwock island. Only six students got killed, two were sent to a different dimension, and two people from other dimensions came to this one by accident as well.
Whitty: So, I'm not the only one then?
Chiaki ignores Whitty and leaves to tell the rest of the group about what she just found. Only three students came to her cottage.
Chiaki: Akane, Peko, Nagito, meet Whitty.
Nagito: He looks despair inducing, why would you need a friend like him Chiaki?!
Chiaki: How dare you! I just wanted to introduce him! That's all!
Peko: He probably looks like a shield with whatever he's made of.
Akane: I am not sure if I should race him or not?
Chiaki: Also, since he might be important somewhere, He may become immune to Monokuma's executions because I read an article about The group.
Akane: What group?
Chiaki: The group Hajime is in.
???: OH MY GOD! SOMEONE KILLED KIKYO!!!
Whitty: (Kikyo? Who is she?)
Chiaki: Follow me!
Whitty proceeds to follow Chiaki leading to the hotel in Jabberwock island. When they got there, they found a dead body pierced with a lance in the heart that lead to a girl with a camera freaking out.
Whitty: Yo, I don't deal with that.
???: Oh hey, that guy looks cool!
Whitty: (Are they talking about me?)
Monokuma: A BODY HAS BEEN DISCOVERED!!!
Chiaki: I don't understand who was the one doing this.
Nagito: We will explain it in the class trial.
- Class Trial -
Chiaki: Now we have to explain who the victim was and the weapon, and who the killer might be.
Whitty: Sounds a little tough. (It's probably because I'm always innocent and don't want to kill those guys.)
Nagito: First of all, I would suspect Whitty because he looks despairingly inducing with the looks he has and he wouldn't have an alibi for Kikyo's murder.
Whitty: (Now Nagito is suspecting me as the murder? I think he's just lying.)
Nagito: Why won't we have an argument about the reason why Whitty is the murder.

Nagito: " The only one who is the murder is Whitty, that's all! "
Mikan: " A-Are you sure it's him..? "
Nagito: " Well... He was in the Jabberwock's hotel of course... "
Nagito: " He had a chance to kill Kikyo "
Fuyuhiko: " Listen here you piece of **** "
Fuyuhiko " He was probably in Chiaki's cottage. Not in the hotel! "
Creator: " He has a point, you know. "
Chiaki: (I'm confused, was Whitty in my cottage? Or was Nagito telling the truth?)
Chiaki: (I'll listen to Nagito's statements one more time...)
Nagito: " The only one who is the murder is Whitty, that's all! "
Mikan: " A-Are you sure it's him..? "
Nagito: " Well... He was in the Jabberwock's hotel of course... "
Chiaki: That's wrong!

Chiaki: Nagito, you're actually wrong-
Nagito: [REBUTTAL] So heckin' slow!
Nagito: Of course you don't understand, do ya?
Nagito: Whitty is only in team despair, not team Hope!
Chiaki: It's not that, you really don't understand!
R E B U T T A L S H O W D O W N
Nagito: Look, you're the one who summoned him, not any of us.
Nagito: I don't get it with this "Friday night Funkin" game you play
Nagito: Most of it is just inspired by despair itself.
Nagito: Not only that these "mods" give extra despair.
Nagito: Sure you aren't going to prove that-
Chiaki: I do know what I'm going to prove, and I will! Straight at your face!
Nagito: So, if everyone votes Whitty, we will be able to solve the crime of Hajime and Hiyoko!
Nagito: Therefore, if we vote him... these "Carol x Whitty" posts will be gone.
Chiaki: I'll cut through those words!
