Third Person

Elena sniffled and slowly raised her head from resting on what she felt like was simply her dad's shoulder. Though it was simply an ice figure of him, Elena felt how familiar that had been and felt a huge relief from being able to cry it out from that alone. She wiped the tears from her cheeks with her palm and pulled away a little bit to simply look at her dad's face for a moment, still stunned at the accuracy she could see.

Elena slowly looked around and hadn't even had a moment to take in what was going on around her. She saw her memories materialized into ice and snow, so accurate and perfect were the statues that moved around her. She slowly stepped away from the ice sculpture of her father that she had hugged ever so tight and looked around, she began to slowly walk around the memories to take closer looks. She giggled a little bit at a memory of her mom and dad teaching her how to ice skate as a young one, she smiled ever so brightly as she watched her mother pick up her toddler self from the ground and began simply bouncing her on her hip a little bit, she looked over to her left and even saw her dad helping her learn how to perfect her ice shooting at sticks, everywhere she looked she could see more and more.

Elena could stay here for ages and reminisce, every step brought a new memory. Even the memories she couldn't recall, such as one that she was stunned to see. Elena jogged over to the memory she had spotted and tilted her head in curiosity as it featured her mother in bed with a babe in her arms while her father stood right by her side,

"Goodness, isn't she beautiful honey?"

Her mother spoke as she cradled her literally newborn daughter in her arms as she laid exhausted in her bed that she had spent the last few hours going through labor in. Elena's father had an arm around Elsa and one hand holding his newborn daughter's head carefully in his hand. Elena was in shock that she could see this, the moment from when she had just came into the world,

"She's... perfect, what shall we name her?"

Her father said as tears of joy fell from his eyes. Elena let out a rouge sob as she realized how precious this memory was and moved a little closer to the memory as her mother hummed,

"Can... Can we name her after my mother? Maybe her middle name could be Iduna?"

Her mother suggested. Her dad happily nodded to that and smiled ever so brightly,

"That's a wonderful idea dear, what about her first name?"

Elsa giggled a little bit and leaned over to put her weight on him,

"You choose, I got to choose her middle name after all"

Elena gently wiped away the tears from her cheeks again as she watched how excited her dad looked at the privilege. Elena looked down into her mother's arms and was still in shock that she could see her newborn self like this,

"Well... I'd like to name her.... something similar to her mother's name..."

Her dad began, Elsa looked up at him with a wonderful smile as she was so flattered,

"... then it must mean something.... El...Ele... How about Elena? It's a light and cheery name, I believe it means bright as well. Like a shining light, a ray of sunshine"

Elena smiled in absolute awe, she had never known that that's what her name even meant let alone how much it fit her. And the fact that her dad chose her first name and chose to name her after her mom was all so wonderful to her,

"The amount of research you did for names is slightly insane, but... I love it. Elena Iduna Árnadalr... welcome to the world little one"

Her mother whispered as she adoringly looked down into her arms, Elena's father looked down with her with the exact same expression. Elena had to force herself to turn from that memory as she didn't even know she could have, she was in awe of that fact alone. She peered around and gasped as she spotted someone she didn't think she'd see in the form of a memory.
