The death threats Aspen has been receiving...

So, Phobus lived like that, must be tough to find clues and make such statements that have no proof, it's nothing but speculation born from bias.

But this is just fiction, a mystery fiction. The logic seemed to be not applicable here and Phobus was right, some cases remain unsolved or a mystery because they couldn't be explained by logic.

Same as goes those mysterious horror stories I've read online that some people experienced, it couldn't be explained by logic.

Alexander slowly opened his eyes, he sits up and looked around. The room's wallpaper was a bit torn, few books were placed on the table. He found himself inside the abandoned house. His eyes widened as his eyes landed on someone, wearing a floral dress. It was Annaliese...

The moonlight's light illuminates across the room, Annaliese gave him a gentle smile. No bruises, no blood, and her eyes sparkle as a moonlight hit it. It was already night. She slowly walked to Alexander, opening her arms and embrace Alexander.

"What do you want?' Alexander asked as Annaliese removed her embrace from Alexander and looked at him.

'There is nothing that I want now, my love. You are here, we will be together till death" and she kissed Alexander. Alexander's eyes widened, he pushed Annaliese and ran out of the house and to the gate and ran recklessly, finding a way out.

It was dark and only the moonlight is Alexander's light source as he ran through the pavement.

Alexander looked sideways, finding a way out of this forest but whenever he goes. "My love, don't run away"

Annaliese kept following him at every glance, Alexander halted from his tracks.

"This scene is similar to the novels I've read, the main character would confront the enemy. I must be straightforward, " Alexander said to himself.

"What do you want? I'm not the love of your life. I know that you are in love with my father, Felix..but he was wrong after cheating on you" Alexander said and looked at her, "You didn't deserve to be hurt, Annaliese. You are kind and a gentle person that every man ever asks."

Annaliese stared at him as her tears flowed out, it was not blood. She didn't know that her tears slowly streamed down her face.

"I don't the whole story about you, the reason why you died, the culprit of who killed you but I'm finding the truth and I know that you are not at fault here," Alexander said as he watches Annaliese slowly fall down to her knees as her tears didn't stop flowing.

"The people you trusted are at fault here, they took your advantage. You are just a victim, Annaliese. You don't deserve to suffer, to be hurt, and to be taken advantage but..."

"Giving death threats, the unknown calls.. you shouldn't have done that. I'm willing to help you but doing that kind of thing isn't the right way" Alexander slowly walked towards her, he bent down, looking at Annaliese. "Your heart is filled with anger, sadness, hate and that's why you want others to suffer like you. You hate those people who cheated on their partners when the other loves them so much and that's the reason of you killing those people as if they're paying their unfaithfulness by death."

"I know you are finding justice, finding happiness and you just can't accept your sudden death. You want to find who killed you to have peace in your mind." Annaliese slowly looked at Alexander, her eyes sparkled as her tears continually welled up on the corner of her eyes. "The reason you died without scars, bruises because you didn't cheat. You have a clean heart, Annaliese"

"About the unknown calls, death threats... it's not me. It's someone who you trusted like a close acquaintance" Annaliese said, Alexander's brows furrowed.

"What?"

"You could figure it out" Annaliese smiled, "But thank you"

Annaliese wiped her tears and looked at Alexander. "Thank you for telling me that I have a good heart. You were right, I'm just a victim and was trying to ask for help to find my justice"

Annaliese's face moves closer to him and Alexander's eyes widened as he felt the lips of Annaliese pressed against his lips and everything went black.

"With this, you'll be safe from that person. With this kiss, we will be together till death"
