The Return Of The Shadowman part 5/5

Sam explains to the camera how we're all going to take this very seriously. We hear a nose just before we start asking questions while I'm still stood behind Colby. They put their fingers on the planchette, everyone's nervousness
"Ok we're gonna circle it 3 times" they do as Corey says "if there's anyone who is with us and you would like to communicate with us please say yes or no" slowly the planchette moves to yes
"They say that when you do a spirt board 50% is you and the other 50% is the spirt and it can't work with out either" Jake says as the board starts moving again
"G" Corey reads off
"I swear I'm not doing that" Sam says
"X" the boys all say
"Well that already doesn't spell a word" Jake says
"Maybe initials of something?" I say looking at the board
"GXD?" Corey scrunches his face in confusion. This isn't good
"Is that just a weird way to say god?" Sam says
"No why is it moving? We're not even asking it a question" Corey worriedly says
"I swear to god I'm not doing this" Colby says
"GXD" Jake says and suddenly Corey comes to some realisation. He has tears in his eyes while the others at talking
"Wait guys" I say
"Wait Corey are you ok?" Colby asks
"Yeah I'm just hyperventilating bro"
"What does GXD mean?" Jake asks the group as Corey is trying to cast his breath
"Corey your ok. Remember your stronger than this. Just take a deep breath and stay clear minded" Sam says
"Ok let's asks one more time. Whatever you just spelled, whatever you were just trying to tell us can you please spell it 1 more time?" Corey asks and the planchette begins to move to 'no'
"Guys I don't know if I'm just freaking out but what if it's trying to spell god but it can't. Like it physically can't spell god" I say
"That's what I was thinking. Like it's self cannot spell it like it's not capable of spelling it" Jake says
"Are you comfortable with asking if it's the shadowman?" Sam asks
"Yeah something more specific?" Colby looks at Corey. Theres a pause, Corey puts his fingers back on the planchette
"Have we ever seen you before?" he asks and the planchette moves to 'no'
"Well you've probably never actually seen the shadowman because it's a shadow" Jake jokes trying to lighten up the mood a little
"Is this the first time you are talking to us?" Corey asks. The planchette moves to 'no'
"Whatever we're talking to do you want to talk to the entire group?" Sam asks and the planchette moves to 'not'
"Who do you want to talk to?" Colby asks
"N" Corey reads off
"A" Jake says
"T" Sam says and the planchette stops moving
"Nat?" Corey looks confused at me
"No one ever calls me that, except my dad. When he was in a 'good mood' he would call me Nat"
"What the fuck?" Jake says
"Do you only want to speak to Talia?" Corey asks and the planchette moves to 'no' "who else then?"
"What is that? A T?" Colby says
"I swear this best not say Talia" I say wide eyed
"E" Corey reads off
"Oh thank god" I breathe out
"L, L. Tell what?" Corey says
"What is it?" I ask
"C" Corey sighs. I watch the planchette move to an 'O' then 'R' then an 'E'. Corey begins to freak out. He has tears in his eyes and starts shaking "no no it said c o r e"
"Let's just say goodbye" Sam suggests
"Yeah let's say goodbye. Spin it 3 times in a circle and say goodbye" Corey gets up from his seat
"Are you ok bro?" Colby asks
"No not really" Corey sniffles
"Take a deep breath. Think about it. They said it's not necessarily evil and it wants to talk to you" Sam says
"I'm going to the loo guys" I say
"Want me to come with you?" Colby asks
"No, you guys talk Corey down. I won't be long" I make sure I have my phone and walk up the stairs to the bathroom. I run in and start to throw up, guessing the morning sickness doesn't just want to appear when I just wake up, or this could be from nerves. I flush the toilet and wash my hands.

When I get back down the stairs I rummaged through a bag and take out some gum as the boys are still talking Corey down, but at least he's now just sat down
"Do you want to talk to me?" Corey yells out almost annoyed "do something right now if it's me you want to talk to on the ouija board" I walk back over to Colby "blow out one of these candles. Is it the shadowman?" Just as Corey asks we all hear a shuffle from behind Colby and I "you heard that?"
"Yeah" I say
"Ok so it is the shadowman. If you can make a knock or a loud noise right now proving that it's the shadowman. I'll go back and try to talk to you on this board"
"Here's a weird thought, what if the shadowman isn't as scary as we thought. What if playing the ouija board let something really dark out and this shadowman is trying to warn you by scaring you away from all of this?"
"But didn't your mamá and abuela tell you he's not good?" Sam questions
"Yeah I guess they did, never mind"
"Let's see if anything happens" Corey say and we all stay quite for a minute "do something right now" Corey says and we hear a noise that Corey says sounds like an ouija board moving "ok well I said I'd try to talk to you 1 more time so let's go. Last time. Once I'm done with this though, ya know I'm putting it up. You guys cool with that?" we all nod in agreement. The boys all put their fingers back on the planchette "is it the shadowman that is trying to communicate with me please make a sign and speak to us though the board" planchette doesn't move
"It's stuck on the U" Colby says
"Let's just say goodbye" they circle the planchette 3 times and say bye "I'm just so confused right now"
"Same. It asked to talk to you but when you gave it the opportunity nothing happens" I sigh. Just then I hear a shake, I turn to see the Christmas tree shaking
"Ahhh" I squeal and jump back
"What the fuck" Corey jumps out of his seat "there's no fucking way that that just happened" Corey yells
"Dude" Colby stands up and walks to me taking me into his arms
"That makes no sense. I'm shaking" Sam says
"Did you see that Jake?" I turn my head toward him
"I didn't see anything but like"
"That 100% moved" Corey says
"How are you not freaking out right now Jake?" Colby say as Jake is the only one now sat down at the table
"I heard it but didn't see it shake"
"How did that even happen?" Corey says and then the Christmas tv turns on playing bells and music
"What the fuck" Sam yells "is that on a timer or something?"
"No it's not" Corey goes to turn it off. The boys are all arguing with each other as Jake it trying to calm them down.

I walk over to the ouija board about to put it away for Corey when I see the pregnancy test sat on the table as if it's been there the whole time. Quickly I pick it up and put it in my back pocket
"Talia come on we're going outside" Colby takes my hand and we all head outside. We all walk out, Sam realises the mic hasn't been working so he switches over to a new one
"Talia you were right. The shadowman, Zozo the fucking devil"
"I don't think we figured anything out man" Colby says
"We didn't figure shit out" Corey crosses his arms
"Everything went to hell and we just ran out. Like what do we do now? Like do you remember what the psychic said? You can control this with your mind and the ouija board isn't the way to go. What if we just made a huge mistake and we contacted something that wasn't even attached to you" Colby looks at Corey
"I think we need to see a priest, have all of us get cleansed and the house as well"
"But that means you have to say goodbye to your mamá and abuela, like for good" Sam points the camera to me
"If that means we're all safe, then I'll do it. I'll say goodbye to them one last time and then we can all get cleansed"
"Talia, you wanted for so long to have contact with them and now you do, so why give that up?" Corey asks
"Because I love you guys, your family" we continue to talk about what we are going to do about whatever is attached to Corey.

Back in LA
Sam, Colby, Jake and Corey all sit down and talk about how they're going to switch up the content of the channel a bit and we cleanse the house by doing a ritual the witch told us about. Apparently we are able to keep my mamá and abuela though by saying that they are the only ones allowed into our space. We hold hands and begin the ritual
"Ok look at the black crystal and focus on what you want to leave the house. We discussed that Maria and abuela can stay as they are no threat to any of us and are more like our guardian angels" Sam says "then we're going to ask them to leave and say goodbye forever. Thank you spirts for giving us a crazy year and helping Talia believe, but now it's time for us to move on"
"Goodbye" we all say at the same time.
