'Talia Sounds Like Dahlia'

Part 2/2 of The Millennium Biltmore Hotel

We then go back to the 10th floor where's there's a lounge that apparently has the most Black Dahlia sightings. When we get in the lounge the boys go over to the fruit bowl and take an apple while sitting down on the couch
"It's so nice in here" I say looking around
"Ok how about this. We turn the light switch's off and we sit down like we did at the Queen Mary" Colby says taking the camera from Sam and pointing it to him
"Sure. Let's do it" Colby sets the camera up on a makeshift tripod and we all sit on the couches. I'm sat in between Corey and Colby
"I don't really want to call out to Elizabeth Short right now that's just creepy" Corey says
"I'll do it" I say shrugging
"What?" Corey nervously laughs
"I mean come on what's gonna happen?"
"We don't know that's the thing" Corey is obviously freaked out, then again he has been this whole night
"If there is any spirits here that would like to talk to us please do something. Make a noise, drop the temperature anything you want" just as I finish we hear a creek as if a door was moving
"There's your sign Talia" I roll my eyes at Sam
"Shhh" Corey puts his finger to his lips "is that a whistle?"
"No that's a phone ringing in the distance"
"Do you know what I just realised. The Black Dahlia was last seen on her phone, there's a phone ringing. Also Talia sounds like Dahlia"
"Jake why do you have to say that" I whine
"Thought you didn't believe in ghosts" Corey folds his arms
"I don't but like it's still creepy to think that" we hear a door open and we see a woman walk over to the coffee machine which is just outside the room we're in then walk back out again without anything in her hands
"This is the time I think we just need to be quiet just a little bit longer" Colby says taking my hand in his, we sit in silence for a little bit and just hear typical noise like creaking until we hear a loud crash as if someone had dropped cutlery on the floor. This noise makes us all jump and the boys completely freaked out
"What was that what the fuck was that?" Corey says standing up while Colby lets go of my hand and runs over to the camera. Jake and Sam also stand up while I carry on sitting down
"There's no one there. There's absolutely no one there" Sam looks around yelling
"Babe get up let's go"
"Seriously? That's what freaks you out?"
"Did you not hear that?" Corey yells
"Yeah but something could have just fallen"
"Babe please let's go" I get up and follow the boys out the room who are walking very quickly and talking about what just happened.

We go back to the room and as soon as we walk in we smell cigarettes and a pillow has been moved
"Ok seriously Talia how do you explain this one? Like I have footage of that pillow being in a different position and you've been with us all night so you know it wasn't us"
"Honestly I don't know. I guess maybe we moved it without realising but honestly if it's on camera that it wasn't like that I don't know how to explain it" I sit on the bed while the boys think of theories
"What if that girl that we saw did something to the glass"
"See logical thinking thank you Sam. Someone just trying to mess with us.." I'm cut off by the phone ringing making all of us jump
"Dude what the heck" Sam says
"What the fuck" Corey yells literally has tears in his eyes
"Shhh Corey. We're in a hotel remember" I pick up the phone and look at the boys who are all scared "hello... hello... hello. There's literally no one there"
"Talia hang up" I put the phone down
"Go go go" Sam goes over to the bag
"Are we leaving?" Corey asks
"Yes" we grab our things and leave the room
"What the fuck why did no one speak like that doesn't just happen unless someone has been messing with us all night"
"What like the front desk?"
"Maybe I dunno" I shrug.

We run down the halls and out the hotel. We run to Colbys car and finish the video. Once again I'm in the back between Jake and Corey
"Babe can you turn the heating up I'm freezing"
"Yeah" I start shivering in the back of the car
"Feel my hands" I put them on Corey's hand
"Jeez your like an ice cube, Jake feel her hands"
"Oh my god. She's literally frozen"
"Like I was fine in the hotel and walking outside it was literally just when you started to drive the car away"

Finally we arrive at the apartment complex after dropping Corey of at his, me shivering the whole way. Colby parks his car and we head inside, Colby holds me close to try and warm me up
"Come sleep in my apartment tonight yeah?" I nod my head and say goodnight to Jake. Sam, Colby and I walk down the corridor
"This night has just been crazy" Sam says outside his door
"Yeah it really has. Do you believe again?" Colby looks down at me
"I dunno. Like a lot of what happened can be explained like I know it's a lot of coincidences if that's what is was but logically thinking we were probably hearing stuff we wouldn't normally be aware of because we were looking for it"
"I guess but it's just so weird. We've got to go back" Sam says
"Yeah I think we do. I'll see you tomorrow bro this one needs a shower or something to warm up"
"Yeah ok I'll see you guys tomorrow"
"Bye Sam" I wave as they both open up their apartments
"Go shower and warm up"
"Honestly I just wanna get into bed and cuddle"
"Ok come on" we get changed for bed, I put on one of Colbys hoodies and get into bed. Colby wraps his arms around me "good night Talia. I love you baby"
"te amo mi amor" quickly I fall asleep in his arms feeling warmth and safety.
