Immediately walking in the basement I feel like I'm about to throw up. I lean on the wall as Colby and Sam look around
Talia are you ok?" Corey asks
"Mmm let me just sit down a minute" I slide down on to the floor
"Do you want a drink?" Jake asks and I just nod my head. Jake goes into Sam's back pack and gets a bottle out while Jennifer is telling the boys about Lucy and how she was a runaway who lived in the basement. She was then thrown out into the cold and passed away "here you go" Jake can be the most immature person I know but at the same time one of the most caring it's like a switch in is head tells him when to be serious
"Thanks"
"Guys I think we should make it quick Talia doesn't look well at all" Corey says to the others
"Babe what's wrong?"
"I just feel super weak, cold and sick"
"Come here" Colby helps me up and hugs me rubbing my arms trying to warm me up. Corey takes pictures on his phone
"What is that?" Corey says looking on his phone
"What?" I ask
"That line. Is it..." Corey starts then swiped through the pictures "it's only in that picture" Corey yells "what the fuck is that?" Corey takes more photos
"Guys I'm gonna go outside. I literally feel like I'm about to throw up"
"You want me to come with you?" Colby asks
"Up to you. En realidad no quiero que estés con ella sin mí. Supongo que estoy un poco celoso" (I don't really want you to be with her without me. I guess I am a little jealous) Colby chuckles
"Come on. Guys I'm gonna take Talia out for fresh air" Colby says taking my hand. We sit down on the wall, Colby hugs me trying to warm me up
"Sorry that I get so jealous over girls"
"Its ok. I understand why, your ex really did a number on you didn't he" Colby slightly pulls away and looks me in the eyes "I'll be right back ok" Colby stands up and walks back into the basement.

Colbys POV
"Yo Sam pass me the back pack" Sam takes off the back pack and I open it up looking for the little box. When I find it I pull it out
"You brought it with you?"
"Yeah, I'm gonna do it..." before I can finish my sentence I'm interrupted by Corey gasping then running out of the room
"What?" Sam yells following Corey. I put the ring box in my joggers and follow them out
"What's going on?" I hear Talia say
"I caught a little kid peeking around the chair"
"What are you serious?" Talia says. I run over to her and hold her hand
"No you didn't" Sam says shocked
"Look bro" we all take a look at his phone and sure enough there's a face
"Yeah that's Lucy" Jennifer says then walks off
"Oh fuck" Jake says
"What?" Sam yells
"Naaa. I'm done nope don't like that" Talia buries her head in my chest and I hug her tight.  The others decide to go back in the basement to take photos to try and debunk the photos, this is my chance
"Babe" I say as she's still got her head buried in my chest
"Yeah" she says sighing
"I want to ask you something" I pull away from her and look at her frightened eyes, maybe right now isn't the best time to propose
"What did you want to ask me?" She frowns
"Just. That. Are you ok?" Talia smiles
"Yeah just a little freaked out"
"You know I love you?"
"I love you too Colby" once again she buries her head in my chest and I hold her tight.

Finally we start to head back to our room. Talia goes ahead of me with Jake and Corey
"Sam said your gonna propose to Natalia" Jennifer says
"Yeah I was going to do it earlier but the timing wasn't right"
"Can I see the ring?"
"Err I'll show you a photo I don't want her to see" I show a photo that's on my phone
"Wow she's one lucky girl"
"Naa it's me that's lucky"
"There's this really cute venue I've taken photos at in LA which would be nice for a wedding if you want me to let you know the details"
"Sure yeah thank you. I can get your number to meet up tomorrow for breakfast? We can talk about what happened tonight. Also I can message you to discuss where the venue is?"
"Yeah for sure" I pass my phone to Jennifer who puts her number in my phone "hey guys she's gonna peace out she's got that gig tomorrow"
"Alright again thank you so much" Sam says
"Of course. It was nice to meet you all" Jennifer says as she walks down the stairs. I watch as Talia reaches into Sams back pocket and takes out the key card she walks in shutting the door behind her. Shit
"Dude what was that?" Corey says
"I think she saw me take Jennifer's number" I rub my hands on my face
"What dude why?" I ignore Sam and knock the door
"Babe open up" no answer "I was showing her the ring I got Talia and then she said about a wedding venue and goddamit" I whisper to the boys "At least let Jake, Corey or Sam in" I say to the door
"Remember what the psychic said. You need to keep reassuring her this trip"
"Damn your right"
"Sam" we hear her say

Talias POV
I turn around to see Colby and Jennifer talking. I take a deep breath
"Hey what's up?" Jake asks
"That's what's up" I motion towards Jennifer and Colby
"Calm down you know he loves you"
"Yeah but, tell me if that wasn't a guy and Tara you wouldn't be jealous?"
"Maybe a little but I know that we're solid. So are you and Colby"
"Except for my jealousy?"
"Come on" we make it back to our room. The boys are all talking and I'm watching Colby and Jennifer. My heart drops when I see Colby give his phone to her
"Hey guys shes gonna peace out she's got that gig tomorrow"
"Alright again thank you so much" Sam says
"Of course. It was nice to meet you all" she walks off. I reach into Sams back pocket and take out the key card walking into the room shutting the door behind me tears threatening my eyes. This is how it all started with my ex and now Colby is taking girls numbers
"Babe open up" I hear him knock the door "at least let Jake, Corey or Sam in"
"Sam" I say
"Ok just Sam" Colby says and I open the door. Sam walks in and hugs me
"He loves you Talia. I know how it looked but I promise you he has a reason for taking that number. He's not leaving you or cheating or anything. If anything he's doing the complete opposite with that number. Look I know you know about the possible proposal"
"How do you..." I start
"Kat told me that you suspected something and I probably shouldn't say this but it is happening and he was just showing Jennifer the ring on his phone. He said something about how she knew this wedding venue and he took her number to discuss where it is"
"I'm an idiot"
"No your not. You have trust issues and that's normal when you've been cheated on"
"I trust Colby it's other girls I don't trust"
"Then trust Colby will tell those girls to go away if they over step their mark. Natalia I've known you and Colby for a long time now and you were always meant to get married. Now let him talk to you" I nod my head and pull away from the hug. Sam opens  the door for Colby to walk in
"I'm sorry" I say
"You have nothing to be sorry for. I'm the one who's sorry for not reassuring you. Now this wasn't how it was mean to happen but I can't wait any longer" Colby gets down on one knee and takes out a ring. My eyes start to water again but this time out of happiness. I put my hand to my mouth "Natalia Luciana Martínez I love you more than anything. Please will you make me the happiest man alive and be my wife? Will you marry me?" all my worries fade away
"Yes" I say without having to think. Colby slips the ring on to my finger. I jump in his arms wrapping my legs around his waist "I love you so, so, so much" I squash his face in my hands and kiss him
"I'm sorry this wasn't how I was originally going to ask you"
"No this is perfect. I didn't need a huge gesture" I smile
"Guys can we come in now or do we need to leave for a half an hour" Jake says knocking the door. I jump down from Colby and open the door smiling
"So you guys good?" Sam asks
"Oh I don't know what would you say fiancé?" I turn to Colby who's got the biggest smile on his face
"Wait you did it?" Sam asks
"Yeah. We're engaged" Colby says as Sam walks up to him
"Congratulations brother" Sam tackles Colby into a hug
"Let me see let me see" Jake squeals like a girl taking my hand "dude it's so shiny" Jake says almost in a trance
"Congratulations you guys" Corey says side hugging me as Jake is still staring at the ring
"This is going to be a weird change in mood but shall we chill for a bit before doing the seance?" Sam asks
"Ughh I guess. I need to fix my makeup because I probably look like a panda right now"
