(Chloe's POV)

I walked next to Steve through the underpass, and then he started jogging. I followed close behind as we ran two the helicopter.

Right before we got to it, a device hit it and shorted out its electrical. Tony and Rhodey flew down and landed right in front of us.

"Wow. It's so weird how you run into people at the airport." Tony's helmet came off as he talked. "Don't you think that's weird?"

"Definitely weird." Rhodey agreed.

Tony looked like he hadn't slept in a week, he had a black eye, and what looked like a cut by his hairline.

"Hear me out, Tony," Steve begged. "That doctor, the psychiatrist, he's behind all of this."

As soon as he was finished speaking, some person jumped from behind a truck. He had some weird-looking cat costume on. "Captain." The man said.

"Your Highness." Steve bowed his head slightly.

"Anyway." Tony interrupted and started walking around Rhodey. "Ross gave me thirty-six hours to bring you in. That was twenty-four hours ago. Can you help a brother out?"

"You're after the wrong guy," Steve told him.

"Your judgment is askew. Your old war buddy killed innocent people yesterday." Tony nearly yelled and I could tell he was getting impatient.

"And there are five more super soldiers just like him," I interjected.

"I can't let the doctor find them first, Tony. I can't." Steve said.

"Steve..." I turned and saw mom behind us. "You know what's about to happen. Do you really want to punch your way out of this one?"

"That's surprising coming from you," I mumbled.

"I told you not to get involved." She said.

"I am my mother's daughter." A ghost of a smile went across my face and I could see the internal battle that was going on in her head.

She sighed but a tiny smile quickly flashed on her face before it disappeared.

"All right, I've run out of patience." Tony decided before yelling, "Underoos!"

What the heck is an Underoos?

Something flipped over our heads and Steve's shield was ripped from his grasp, while his hands were covered in sticky stuff. The same thing happened to my hands, although I wasn't sure how they thought it was going to help.

I looked up from my hands and saw some sort of spider-looking man holding the shield and kneeling on the top of a vehicle.

"Nice job kid," Tony told the spider thing.

"Thanks. Well, I could have stuck the landing a little better, it's just...new suit. It's nothing, Mr. Stark. It-it's perfect. Thank you." The spider thing said.

He sounded young. Like no older than me.

"Yeah, we don't really need to start a conversation," Tony told him.

"Okay. Cap. Captain. Big fan. I'm Spider-Man." 'Spider-Man' said.

Wow. This kid must be really young. He can't be older than sixteen?

"Yeah, we'll talk about it later," Tony told the kid.

Exhaling, Spider-Kid said, "Hey, everyone."

"Good job." Tony nodded.

"This is so awkward," I muttered under my breath.

"You've been busy," Steve concluded.

"And you've been a complete idiot," Tony hissed. "Dragging in Clint, "rescuing" Wanda from a place she doesn't even want to leave, a safe place, making Chloe help you. I'm trying to keep-"

He paused trying not to yell. "I'm trying to keep you from tearing the Avengers apart."

"You did that when you signed, Tony," I told him and he looked like I just said someone had died.

"All right, we're done. You're gonna turn Barnes over, you're gonna come with us, now, because it's us...or a squad of J-SOC guys with no compunction about being impolite." Tony demanded. I looked back at Mom whose eyes were wide with shock.

I focused my attention back on Tony who seemed to be waiting for an answer. "Come on." He begged.

Steve looked at me then back at Tony when Sam's voice came through the coms. "We found it. Their Quinjet's in hanger five, north runway."

Steve put his hands in the air and Clint shot an arrow tearing the sticky stuff around his hands. Tony looked shocked for a moment before turning, his helmet forming around his head again.

I tore through the stuff on my own hands with my powers. Black mist circled around my hands threatening.

"Alright, Lang." Steve sighed giving Scott his cue.

"Uh, guys, somethings-" Scott grew to his full size, knocking out the spiderling and landing next to Steve giving him the shield.

"Whoa. Wha-what the-what the heck was that?" Rhodey asked confused.

"I believe this is yours, Captain America," Scott said.

"Oh, great." Tony groaned. "Alright, there's two on the parking deck. One of them's Maxamoff, I'm gonna grab her. Rhodey, you wanna take Cap?"

Tony took off towards where Clint and Wanda were hiding and Rhodey hovered in front of us. "Got two in the terminal, Wilson, and Barnes." He said.

The cat guy started running and said, "Barnes is mine."

I pushed off the ground like I did in Lagos and took off after Tony. "Can't let you do that Tony! Sorry!" I yelled at him he turned momentarily before shooting something at me.

Whatever he shot, hit me square in the chest and I went flying back towards the ground.

A pulse of electricity shot through my body and I let out a cry. "Owowowowow!" I mumbled through gritted teeth.

The pain stopped events and I rolled over coughing. I saw Clint and Wanda running while Tony shot missiles at them. I stood up and made my way over to them where they were. Clint let loose a couple of arrows and Tony shot them all.

"First time for everything," Tony said and I realized what they were doing. I looked at Wanda then did the same as she was doing.

I pulled the cars over the edge of the parking garage and pulled them towards Tony who was distracted. "Made you look," Clint smirked.

Tony did his best to avoid the cars, but once one hit him, he just couldn't keep up. After a second, he came crashing down, stuck under a pile of totaled cars.

Owch!

"Go help Sam!" Wanda yelled at me. I nodded before taking off in the direction of where I thought he was.

Long time no update!😬😁 I did say updates would be far and in between, but I didn't mean for it to be nearly a month. Sorry.😐

Anyways, I need to finish the next chapter before I put it out yet, so...🤷🏼‍♀️ who knows? I'm really trying to spread out the chapters until Black Widow, and if it turns out the movie has nothing to do with civil war, then I'll update like crazy. Hopefully.

Anywho. Thank you so much for being patient with me. I'm going to work on the rest of the chapters for the rest of this movie, then hopefully get things out. As always, tell me your thoughts. Bye!
