(Chloe's POV)

I touched my head lightly and winced. Blood was still coming out fast. I held my hand over where I thought it was coming from and concentrated. After a minute I hoped for the best before moving on.

Rocket—the non-raccoon who looks like a raccoon—was keeping an eye on me as he and the tree, Groot, kept people away while I caught my bearings. "You good over there?" Rocket asked over the gunfire.

"Yep, just peachy." I sighed. I whirled around feeling a presence, which was a bad idea on my part. Bucky was standing behind me, gun raised and pointed beyond me.

"You good?" He asked.

"Mhm." I hummed putting my head in my hands trying not to throw up.

"How bad is your head?"

"I want to throw up," I mumbled through my hands.

"Let me see," He lifted my head and dabbed where the blood seemed to be drying. "I can't see where the blood came from and it's starting to dry so you might be okay. But you might have a concussion considering how hard you'd need to be hit for this much blood."

Explosions started all around us and I threw up a shield above us, spanning out ways trying to get the raccoon and tree. Bucky flinched as whatever was causing the explosions, hit the shield above us.

Orange shields started going up as well and I told Bucky to move under one of them. As soon as we were all under I dropped mine and threw up onto the rubble of what used to be my home. I felt a hand on my back and my hair was moved from around my face.

"You alright?" Bucky asked concerned. I held a thumbs up while leaning on my knees. "Steve, Chloe's not doing too well,"

"I'm fine!" I said into the comms before anyone could answer.

"Chloe take it easy, Buck keep an eye on her," Steve said.

I looked up and saw Peter being tossed through the air and I stood up before Bucky could stop me. The shower of missiles stopped and I took that as my chance.

They started firing upwards into the sky and doesn't stop until something flew through the ship destroying it. A woman can out the other end, flying in the sky and watching as Thanos's ship fell into the water.

"Hey, Danvers, we need an assist here," Steve said.

I pushed myself up into the air and landed a few seconds after the mystery woman did.

"I don't know how you're going to get it through all of that," Peter said handing 'Danvers' the glove.

"Don't worry," Wanda said as she landed.

"She's got help," Okoye said hitting her staff on the ground once. Pepper, Shuri, a girl with antennas, the girl on the pegasus, a green girl, a girl who just appeared out of nowhere, and a blue girl all joined us.

I smiled at Peter before we ran at the oncoming slew of aliens. Wanda and I dealt with the airborne and big guys as much as we could, while the flyers did what they could. "When did we get blue and green girls on our side?" I asked her.

"Since we were dust?" she asked and I laughed.

I laughed. I was covered in blood, fighting aliens to stop a madman from killing everyone again, my mother was dead, my home was destroyed, and I was laughing when we got blue and green people on our side.

What has my life become? I should probably reevaluate my life when this is over...

The powerhouse of a woman named Danvers shot forward, a beam of light being all you could see of her. She flew her way through a hoard of aliens and I could see her get close to where I assumed this 'time machine' was.
