I feel like IDC would feel some kind of way about Georgia and Kentucky essentially adopting her brother
Even though they've taken her too "buy one get one free, you can't separate the twins" I feel like she'd take it as a "oh what I can't care for my little brother, is that what this is?" insult
She hates it was Kentucky uses "son" to refer DC because no he's not your son, stop pretending he is. He is my brother. None of you know what we've been through
Honestly I feel like IDC as good natured as she is thinks DC is fine. And maybe it's denial of her own issues, maybe not, but I can honestly say she thinks he's fine just a little bumped up

Alright now that I think of it does Kentucky have something gender neutral to switch to when DC's having a bad day? Like maybe he just uses kid.
