The states are....horrified....when they find out their politicans and people in Washington don't care about them
I was batting around the idea that IDC, DC, and Gov get this treatment too but I figure them being the figureheads they get respect
Secretly the states wonder if DC used to think this way and that's why there were no meetings.
Which is not true as IDC will point out, Cold War fear runs super deep and he was scared if he got too close there'd be a nuclear attack and he'd lose everyone
Just.....them realizing that DC, the, even his partners, one everyone messes with during meetings is the only one back in Washington who actually gives a shit about them
I really want to write down bitchyass_tacos idea when the meeting just falls into chaos without Florida but I can't decide what the catalyst of it was like who started it

I do have some dialogue though:
