Because while I like the Wiki I lowkey don't like that DC is listed as having little to no friends
So consider (this is mostly to make myself happy):
-Alaska was taken care of by at least Gov when he was first bought, so he and DC hung out a lot. They have a sorta brotherly like relationship and Alaska was just teasing when he pretended he didn't know who DC was
-CDC and DC are friends, sorry I don't make the rules. DC went to CDC in the early days of them figuring out being nonbinary. CDC encouraged DC to come out to IDC and Gov.
-IDC LOVES HER LITTLE BROTHER OKAY
