Seungjin: Hold Me Tightly

School Days

SEUNGMIN : 17 years old, class president. Always keep himself hidden far from others. He has a crush on this one boy who also is a school idol.

HYUNJIN : 17 years old, popular school idol. Active in swimming, and also wins gold medal for several times. Many said that Hyunjin doesnt likes girl.

Nightfall. Seungmin sats on the corner with his diary like usual. Window wide open, stars shining brightly.

Seungmin takes out his pen and start to write.

'Beautiful night. I'm doing well in my classes today. Every single day things goes smoothly as expected. But..'

Seungmin stops writing. His mind keep going somewhere. Remembering again those days when he mets "him".

Everyone were so busy cheering on the sport that still going on, meanwhile Seungmin just sitting under a tree with his diary.

Not interested in games and sports. Writing and writing, his diary finally becomes his daily journal.

"Don't you feel bored?" Asked someone from nowhere.

Seungmin turn around but there is no one at all. Not on his back, left and right also.

"Here!" Said him again.

Following his instinct, Seungmin puts up his head and.. yes. The guy who was talking to him was up on the tree.

Seungmin then felt startled, looking at Hyunjin up there. Well, Hyunjin is the type of guy that will never skip sports and social activity but today seeing him away from school kept Seungmin wondering.

"Hyu-Hyunjin?" Seungmin hesitantly tries to speak.

Hyunjin then jump from the tree. A little bit struggling but working out eventually.

"Ah.. you know me?" Asked Hyunjin while still looking tired from jumping. Panting and smiling.

"Everyone knows you." Answered Seungmin.

"Aish.., what can I do. Being popular is not easy."

Seungmin just kept silent. Doesn't know how to speak with Hyunjin.

Hyunjin just take a look at the school field that filled with students. He look so proud at one minute and one minute later, Hyunjin make a sad face.

"Seungminie.. what are you doing here alone?"

'did he... Did he knows my name?!' Seungmin is shook by Hyunjin's question.

"You.. you know me?" Still cannot believe this.

Hyunjin looks at Seungmin.

"Your nametag."

Seungmin then just realized that he is wearing nametag. Feeling embarrassed, Seungmin just awkwardly smiled.

"Careful!" Suddenly Hyunjin screams.

Seungmin just stupidly looking at Hyunjin , not understand.

Hyunjin then run towards Seungmin. For some reason, its looks like Hyunjin was jumping on top of Seungmin and both of them fell on the ground.

Eyes meet. Heart pounding. Time stopped for a while. Seungmin can feel something happen to his heart when Hyunjin hug him like this.

'This boy... Is pretty cute tho." Hyunjin's heart start to whispers things.

Comes to realization, Hyunjin quickly gets up from Seungmin. And reached out his hands to help Seungmin.

Seungmin at first doesn't want to take that hands. Hyunjin looks so stunning from down there as the sun also shines on him making him looks like straight up comes from anime.

At the end without word, Seungmin take his hands.

"I'm sorry for what happened. If I dont do that, you've might gets hit by a ball just now."

"Thank you for saving me. You dont have to feel sorry." Said Seungmin.

"Aigoo... You're sooo cute!!" Having mental breakdown at how cute Seungmin is, Hyunjin accidentally pats his head like a puppy.

Seungmin just froze. Hyunjin is touching him, as if they knows each other for so long.

"Hyunjin ah... Your turn!" Shout one student from the yard.

"Coming!" Hyunjin waves at him.

"Gotta go now, Seungmin. Dont forget about me okay. Bye."

Those smile and soft voice stay like that in Seungmin's mind uo untill now.

"I... I will never forget about you."
