It's been a week since we found out that the twins were Hybrids.Sophie had been scared since the attack by the vampires and so every night Rachel would come to Sophie's room and sit with her till she slept. I was heading to sophie's room but Andrew stopped me halfway and asked me if we found out the people responsible behind the attack on the mall, only if he knew that all my day is spent in finding out those cowards.
I reached Sophie's room but Rachel wasn't there yet and Sophie started crying, I tried my best and put her to bed but she kept on crying. Rachel entered the room and made her way towards sophie. She told me go and get rest but I didn't leave the room.
"It's ok Angel. I am right here." She said while rocking her in her arms and humming a sweet tone. No doubt that her voice is so beautiful. I could see Sophie finally smile and slowly her eyes started to droop down.
I couldn't help but be amazed by this woman who handled my kids so perfectly. Her blonde hair was in a messy bun showing her sparkling and silky neck. The moon light rays from the window hit her face showing off her beautiful and sharp features in a new light. She was absolutely breath-taking. Like a GODDESS....What am I thinking?? What is she doing to me???
"Good night Angel" she said to sophie. For the first time I saw Rachel's eyes filled with so much love. I couldn't help but be captivated by her eyes. I knew that she was not the one to show affection to anyone.
"Good night Mommy" sophie replied.
Whattt??? MOMMYYYY!!! I was shocked and by the look on Rachel's face she was too.
"No sweetie I am not...." she started correcting her but stopped midway. I left the room as fast I could and waited for Rachel in the Hallway.
Mommy??? She has to go!!! There is no way in hell I am going to allow my kid's to get attached with anyone other than our family members.I have seen them suffer before when their mother left and I will not let them go through this pain again. She has to leave before my kids get so deeply attached to her that they totally depend on her. She is not going to stay in this family forever anyways, she will leave when her contract completes.
Just then I see her walk into the Hallway. Before she could do or say anything ,I went straight to her and stood infront on her while staring her down.
"What the HECK do you think you are doing??" I asked her with years of built in frustration.
"Going to Bed" she answered almost unbothered by my anger. She started walking right past me,but I wasn't going to let her go so easily. I grabbed her hand and pulled her back and made her face me.
"I want you to pack your things RIGHT NOW and Leave right this minute." I yelled. ~~~~~~~~ *Rachel's POV-*
Did he just grab me and within a second tell me to leave?!
