Chapter 10

Third person POV

"Yo people!" Seokmin's loud voice echoed around the Bloodmoon Canine mansion. "Lee Seokmin, quiet down!" Jun warned him. "Welcome everyone!" Joshua greeted them a wide smile.

"Hey Shua hyung." The American-looking guy went to hug Joshua. "Hey Vernon. It's good to see you again." Joshua patted his back. They then broke away from the hug.

"Wonwoo! Hoshi! You're looking good!" Joshua smiled. "Good? Me looking good?" Hoshi laughed before he turned to another taller man, "Wonwoo-ah, hear that! I'm looking good!" the excited Hoshi said. The taller man just rolled his eyes, "Whatever floats your boat."

Joshua turned his attention to the highest ruler of the pack; the Alpha and the Beta. "Alpha, Beta. Welcome."

Seungcheol rolled his eyes. "Drop that formality, Shua." Joshua chuckled. "How are you doing?" "Good." Seungcheol, the alpha nodded. Joshua then nodded at Jeonghan, "How are about you? Good?"

"Apart from dealing with Seungcheol's childish request? Yes, I'm good." Jeonghan answered. "Hey, who's childish here?" Seungcheol glared at him.

Joshua chuckled. "Come in. Jihoon and the others are waiting for your arrival."

Joshua led the other six males towards the dining room.

In there, everyone else are waiting for them. Jihoon, Dino, Mingyu and Seungkwan were there.

"Hey!!!" As usual, Seokmin's loud voice could be heard. "Hyung, jaebal!" Seungkwan whined. Seokmin ran to him and gave him a hug. "How are you doing my partner?"

Seungkwan pushed him away. "Get away! Aigoo!"

Seungcheol and Jeonghan walked to Jihoon. They shook hand with each other. "How are you doing?" Jeonghan asked and Jihoon nodded, "Good. You?" "Never been fine." Jeonghan smiled. Jihoon then turned to the other alpha. "Hyung." "Good to see you, Jihoon." Seungcheol smiled. "Likewise. Well, let's eat shall we?" Jihoon smiled.

"Jihoon, where's Minghao?" Jun asked.

Jihoon turned to him, "He went to get Taehee. And I have someone I want you to meet."

They all let out a gasp. "No way! Your mate?!"

Jihoon rolled his eyes. "In your dream! She's staying with us at the moment."

Just at that moment, someone walked into the dining hall.

"Minghao!!" the guests exclaimed. "Hi people." He smiled sweetly at them. "I'm here too, you guys." Taehee appeared from behind him.

"Auw, princess Taehee is here with us." Jeonghan smiled at her. She gave a nod at him.

"Where is she?" Minghao asked when he saw no one else coming into the dining hall. "I thought she's right behind us." Taehee was about to turn around but Minghao stopped her. "Let me. She's probably overwhelm with all the presence here. Two alphas in one room? Sounds bad huh?" Minghao whispered.

Taehee nodded. "Maybe it's not a good idea to bring her along. But then I want her to be here with everyone." She pouted. Minghao patted her head. "Same princess, same. I'll get her." Minghao then walked out from the dining hall.

While Minghao went to get her, Taehee went to sit beside Dino. "So...you guys...I want you to meet someone." Taehee said. "We know. Jihoon hyung mention about it. Where is he?" Vernon asked. "Uhm...he's actually a she."

"Oh a lady." Hoshi got up and fix his clothes. "What are you doing?" Dino looked at him with a weird look. "I'm going to greet her?" Hoshi was asking him back.

Dino scoffed. "Please, she's not that kind of person. She's not easy to impress, especially with someone like you." "Hey!" Hoshi glared at him.

Minghao then walked in again. This time he has Y/n with him. She was grabbing onto her sleeve, tightly.

The guests smelt something sweet in the air. "Omega?" Alpha Seungcheol asked. Jihoon nodded.

"Y/n meet everyone. Everyone, this is Y/n." Minghao introduced her. Seokmin jumped from his chair. "Seokmin oppa wait!" Taehee didn't manage to stop him when he's already in front of them, "You're an omega right? Hi, I'm Seokmin. You know, I just excited to meet another omega. It's kind of rare to see omega nowadays you know after most of them got enslave and-" "Seokmin oppa, stop!!!" Taehee shouted.

Everyone looked at her.

"You don't need to remind her, remind us about that. We, omega know." Taehee said. The room turned into a dead silent. Seokmin turned back to Minghao and Y/n. She was hiding behind Minghao and she was slightly shaking.

"I'm-I'm sorry. I di-didn't mean-" "I can't say it's okay, Seokmin but your words obviously hurt them. Make sure to think before you speak next time." Seungcheol said coldly. Seokmin turned to him and gave him a deep bow. "I'm sorry, Alpha! I'll keep my mouth shut."

Jihoon sighed, "Let's just eat okay. Minghao..." Jihoon nodded at the empty seat which is between Seungkwan and Joshua.

Minghao led Y/n to the seat. Seungkwan helped with pulling the chair out for her. "You sit with them okay?" Minghao said softly at her and she only nodded.

Y/n comfortably sat between Seungkwan and Joshua. "You're okay?" Joshua whispered to her. "Yes." She whispered back to him as soft as possible, not wanting anyone else to hear.

After their meals are served, they eat their food. Once in a while, they would chat with each other. And there's Y/n, feeling like it's not where she's meant to be at that moment. She kept playing with the peas on her plate.

Gently Seungkwan took her hand from under the table. She slightly jumped at the touch but eventually calmed down when she noticed it's only him. "Want to talk with me?" he whispered to her. She wrote down her answer on the tissue.

"No. Talk with them." He read it. "But I don't want you to feel left out." He said to her.

She smiled softly before she wrote down the answer.

"I'll be fine."

"But-"

"Hey, people! Why is there no one informing me that we have a dinner together tonight?" there goes the annoying voice again. Minseo.

"Gosh! Y/n, please just slap me on my face and tell me this is just a dream. Please tell me she's not here with us." Seungkwan said. Y/n smiled.

Author's note : Sorry I can't update much. My back is getting worst. with the Enhanced Movement Control Order that we're having right now, chiropractic centre is not allow to operate. And I'm dying because of my slip disk TnT. for those who don't know, yes I have slip disk around L5. Had a procedure but it didn't work so I'm depending on the chiropractic method now. But with current situation, I have to rely on my painkiller. Sitting, walking, standing and even sleeping...these are my discomfort. So please forgive me for the boring, short update. TnT
