Chapter 15

Y/n POV

I blinked in puzzle. "I'm staying...here?" I asked before I turned to Mingyu and Taehee. They have this big kind of smile on their face as they nodded to my question. "Do you like it?" Taehee asked.

"I do... but isn't this too much? This is slightly bigger." I said to them. "Well that's the point. The room you were staying before is our guest room and you're not our guest anymore. This is going to be your own, permanent room." Mingyu said.

My eyes widened in surprise. Did I hear wrong?

"M-My room? Permanent room?"

Both Taehee and her brother nodded, "Yes!" Taehee then hugged me. "Finally! You are not going anywhere! We can spend times together. I can bring you for shopping. We could have sleepover or go picnic together. Ah! I'm so excited." Taehee was obviously excited.

She was jumping as she was hugging me. That's how excited she is. I chuckled.

"Taehee, we should probably leave. I bet you must need your rest." Mingyu looked at me. I didn't want to deny because he's right. Going through heat is a tiring process. Your stamina just drained to the lowest level you can have. So I gave him a slightly nod.

"Okay then, we'll see you during dinner okay?" Taehee asked and I nodded, "Sure." I gave them a smile.

"Bye!" both Mingyu and Taehee waved me before they walked out from my room.

I looked around the room. Leave here permanently? Is that even possible? What do I do to deserve this? I'm just an omega, a dirty omega.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

I frowned. Didn't they left a moment ago? My feet hurriedly went to the door and opened the door. A wide smile I gave to the person. I miss him the most.

"Minghao oppa!" I smiled. He chuckled. Gosh! I miss that sound. He's been busy before and I haven't seen him due to my heat.

"Don't you want to give me a hug?" he asked me. I pressed my lips into thin lips. A hug? No men in this house ever hug me. It's not that I don't trust them. I know Minghao oppa and the others are not like them but-

"Hey, it's okay. I was just joking. You don't have to be that serious, Y/n." Minghao oppa's voice cut my trail of thoughts.

"So-Sorry." I apologised to him.

"Hey, it's okay. By the way, here!" he handed me something. It's a clothes. I frowned at that sight. "For me?"

He nodded, "Yeah. Uhmm...a present? To officially welcome you here." Minghao oppa told me. "Oppa, you don't have too." I looked at him. "Please. I want you to have it." he pushed it to me. I looked at it in hesitant before I took it. "Thank you." "You're most welcome, angel." He called me angel again.

"C-Can I ask you something, oppa?"

He looked at me. "What is it?" "Why suddenly move me into this room?" I asked him. "It's the alpha's order." He answered.

I was surprise. Alpha? The alpha did? "Why?"

He then told me about what Minseo said that may cause the alpha to get angry and thus, mentioning about me getting a permanent room.

"So he said it by accident?" I asked Minghao oppa. "I don't think so." He shook his head and I said nothing more. "I should be going now. Take a good rest, Y/n." He smiled at me before he turned to leave.

But I stopped him. I grabbed onto his hand. "Oppa...can I...hug you?" I felt my cheeks burnt as I said that. He laughed. "Sure. Come here." He gently wrapped his hands around me.

Well, that is one comforting hug I've ever had. It's like cotton sheet that you don't want to leave on your lazy morning. That's how it feels when hugging him.

After a moment he pulled away. "See you during dinner." I nodded at him, blush still faintly visible on my face. He then walked out from the room.

I took a good look at the clothes Minghao oppa gave. It was a blouse. Navy-blue blouse. I smiled to myself. I definitely going to wear this someday.

Just then my nose caught a familiar scent. A scent that captivates me even before I step into the mansion just now.

The alpha!

Knock! Knock! Knock!

My head snapped almost immediately towards the door. "It's me." I heard him said from the outside.

I know it's you.

"It-it's not lock..." I stuttered with my word.

I watched as the doorknob twisted and turned. And soon the door is opened, revealing the alpha. "Hey." He spoke.

I quickly gave him a bow, "Alpha."

"We both know well you don't need to do that anymore." He walked further into my room. Now this whole room is filled with his scent and my scent. It blends together though I could smell his scent more than mine.

We both looked at each other. No words are exchanged, only looks. I then lowered my head, uneasily fumbled with my fingers. Just say something. Anything.

"So..." the alpha finally spoke. "mate."

I don't know why but the way he said the word sent cold shiver down my spine. I slowly felt my cheeks heated up. Just then I can feel he walked up closer to me, close enough to stand right in front of me. I could see the shoes he was wearing.

"Look at me, my mate."

Shit! He's using his alpha voice! Even though it doesn't sound like he's angry or what, his words still left some effect on me. I submit to him. So I was force to look up at him and he was...smiling at me. Smiling? The alpha?

"You're blushing...cute."

His words made me blushed even more which left him chuckled at me.

"Al-Alpha..." 

"Yes?"

I gathered my courage and looked at him. "Reject me."

Author's note : I hope someone read this. I just need to talk with someone. I was feeling down this whole week. Which is why the update is short >< And last friday, my body started to feel hot and my temperature went to 37.7....I was worried because I took my mom to take her second jab that friday. I don't remember come into contact with anyone else other than my mom. On the other side of the story, I took my first jab on 16.7 which was on friday too. The Dr. did remind me that I could have fever either right after the jab or a week after that. So now, I'm confused. Do I have fever because of my vaccine? Is it because of Malaysia's hot weather nowadays? Or because of my mom's vaccine day? Haihhh sorry I talked too much. I just worried if I caught the virus. My dad still have to go to work and he has asthma. So you know why I'm worried now... >< I've talked enough. You must be bored with my words so I'll work of the next update fast. Again, I'm sorry.
