Chapter 27

Third person POV

Another weeks has passed and Y/n has finally recovered from her leg injury. However, she still need to be careful while walking. She needs to take steps slowly.

"Y/n-ah!!!" Hoshi ran to her and hugged her. "You're...here." She hugged him back. 

Last night, Jihoon has informed everyone that the Nightwalker pack member are going to stay for one night. They need to sit down and discuss about what's happening at that moment. 

The unknown pack.

"I miss you!" Hoshi tightened his hug around her. "We're here too you know." Another voice said. Y/n looked up and smiled widely. "Jun oppa!"

The male walked up to Y/n and hugged her. "How are you, princess?" "I'm good." She smiled. Jun looked at her leg. "How is your injury? I'm sorry I couldn't visit you sooner, princess." he apologised. "Don't worry. I'm ...okay now." Y/n told. "The others?" she asked when she didn't see the other members.

"Downstairs. Hoshi and I ran up here after Dino said you're here." Jun smiled. "Aren't we sweet?" Hoshi smiled. "Yeah right...sure. Let's go down." Y/n was about to walk down the stairs but Jun held onto her hand. "I'll help you okay." He smiled. "Thank you." she nodded back with a soft smile.

While both Bloodmoon Canine and Nightwalker pack were still in the meeting room, discussing about the unknown pack, Y/n went to the balcony to enjoy the sunset.

She sat on a bench there. And after spending almost half an hour staring at the sun, she got up and did a little stretching.

"Having fun, omega?"

A voice that she despite so much was heard. She hasn't seen the other female too much after the incident at the cliff. Probably because the boys are with her most of the time.

"What do you want?" Y/n asked Minseo. She walked to Y/n with her arms crossed on top of her chest.

Minseo stopped in front of her. "I want you to be gone." "Sorry but I can't do that. This is my home." Y/n said bravely. 

She is not wrong. That place has become her home. That's where her mate is. And wherever her mate is at, that place will be her home.

Minseo smirked, "Home? You must be hallucinating, little omega. This is not your home. Don't you remember? You are not welcome here!" she narrowed her eyes at Y/n. "There's no place for you, omega."

If she said this weeks before, Y/n would probably fall for it but not now. She knew she's wanted here. Everyone is comfortable being with her. And she too, is comfortable having everyone with her. If last time, she's used to being alone, now she couldn't even stand a day alone.

"Once I mated with Jihoon oppa, I'll make sure you will be the first person to leave this place."

Y/n clenched her fist. *no one is mating my mate, woman!* she wanted so much to spit the words to but she couldn't do it. She just an omega.

"Listen, ....Y/n or whatever your name is, I don't want you here. You're an eyesore. Even a slight sound from you could hurt my ears. My eyes can't stand such a weakling like you. You just a stray omega." Minseo continued to speak despite the glare that Y/n was giving.

"Who knows you might have sleep with hundreds of men before you came here. You such an ugly, dirty slu-"

And soon Y/n's hearing was blocked and Minseo cursing was blocked almost immediately. Y/n looked up in puzzle. "Alp-alpha?" Jihoon smiled down at her, "Don't listen okay?" she read his mouth movement. She only nodded but her eyes didn't leave Jihoon. Her hand reached out to touch what's on her ears, holding onto Jihoon's hands.

"Oppa!" Minseo was surprise to find Jihoon there. "I thought you were in the meeting." "And I thought I made it clear to you that you are not allowed to get close to Y/n." Jihoon narrowed his eyes at her.

"I was just talking to her-" "Talking, my ass! You were downgrading her! You called her with names! You-" Jihoon's words stopped when Y/n tugged on his shirt. She felt the change on Jihoon's scent.

He was ready to attack.

Jihoon looked at her, "Don't you read my lips, baby." he said as he covered Y/n's eyes by pulling her closer by her waist. Now Y/n was facing Jihoon's chest and she couldn't look up since Jihoon pulled her closer to him. His hands neatly wrapped around her.

Minseo's eyes widened in surprise, "Oppa, what's the meaning of this? Baby? You didn't allow me to call you that!" "That's because you're not my mate!" Jihoon blurted. "What? Does it mean....No! It's impossible! She's-" "An omega! I had enough of you insulting any omega especially my omega!" Jihoon glared at her. "Listen to me carefully Minseo because I won't repeat this. Consider this as first and last warning for you."

With determination, Jihoon spoke his words, "I will mate her. And whether you like it or not, she will become your Luna. You will have to bow to her soon! And I expect you to obey her. If you ever hurt her or try to break us apart, I won't hesitate to kick you out from this pack."

Minseo looked at him with mixed emotions; puzzle, anger, sad.

"Do I make myself clear, Lee Minseo?!" Jihoon asked with his alpha voice.

Minseo fell on her knees, "Y-Yes, al-alpha."

Jihoon then looked down at Y/n's in his arms who seems lost.

She was indeed lost. She was lost while listening to his heartbeat. It was racing fast!

Jihoon removed his hand from her ears and broke the hug which earned a whine from the female. "What's wrong baby? Hmm?" Jihoon bent down and pecked her lips. She blushed. "Uhmm...there's people..." "It's okay. Everyone knows now. It's for your own safety." Jihoon then looked up, "Vernon, come here and help me with something will ya?"

Y/n turned around in surprise, she didn't realise he was there as well. She then saw Minseo was still on her knees. Vernon glanced at Minseo in anger. "I didn't expect you would go that far, Minseo." He then walked up to the alpha and his mate. "Walk her to her room will you? I need to take care of something." Jihoon said.

Vernon nodded, "Will do hyung." "Oh and stay with her until I come." Jihoon said as he gently pushed Y/n into Vernon's hand. "Follow him okay. I'll be there soon." He said and she nodded.

Vernon looked at Y/n with a teasing smile, "So you've been keeping this secret from us huh?" she gave him an awkward smile. And with that the two of them walked away.

Jihoon walked to Minseo and he squatted in front of her. He tilted her chin up. "You know... I really want to kill you right now. I want to do that so much." He said. Minseo was taken aback with his words. "Op-oppa, I didn't-" "You pushed her off the cliff didn't you?" he asked with clouded look.

"What-"

"Don't lie, Minseo. Taehee told me about it. And I'm still wondering why Y/n hasn't say anything about it to me." Jihoon looked at her. "Ah! Yes, I remember. She said you are still my family. I shouldn't hurt you in any way. But look at you now. You hurt her. You tend to kill someone precious to me. I couldn't forgive you for that."

Jihoon then stood up, "But if I hurt you, my mate would be sad. And I don't want that. So do me a favour okay?"

Minseo looked up at him.

"Stop harassing everyone with your sharp tongue. That's all I ask. I won't ask you to ask for her forgiveness or to apologise to me because I just won't forgive what you did, even if she did forgive you. Just change your attitude, Minseo. That's it." with that Jihoon walked back into the house.
