The bar (ch 14)

No motivation and probably doesn't make sense

Once I calmed down I explained the nightmare I had. I told him about the skeleton 404. I told him about dream and the apple. Nightmare told me to speak up because I was talking too quietly. "W-when dream hit you with the tentacle you started to turn to stone" I said in a louder voice. Nightmare stared at me. His eye was wide open and shaking. "N-nighty" I asked. "But-I-" nightmare was stuttering on his words. "Nighty" I asked again. Nightmare took a deep breath.

"Killer something like that has happened before," he told me. "Wait what?" I asked. "When I took the bite out of the black apple in my AU...something was about to happen to dream so I pushed him away with my tentacle...but when I looked back at dream he was turned into stone. He was like that for years before someone figured out how to turn him back" he explained quietly looking at his hand.

I stared at nightmare. What should I say? I rested my head on nightmares shoulder. "So...you like the jacket" nightmare asked. I looked down at the jacket. I forgot I had his jacket on. I curled up in a ball and put my head in the jacket so you couldn't see me. "What" nightmare asked. I poked my head out so you could only see my eyes. Nightmare patted me on the head. A few minutes later dust texted me and nightmare and asked us both if we wanted to go to the bar with everyone even the star sans. "How long has it been since we went to the bar?" I asked. Nightmare shrugged. "I never went to the bar with you guys," he replied.

Now that I thought about it I've only been there twice and both times I was with the rest of the bad sans about 9 years ago. Nightmare was considered our boss at the time so we snuck out or he would have dusted us. "So you wanna go?" I asked nightmare. "I mean...sure," he replied. Dust told us to meet up at the castle in about half an hour. Nightmare turned into his goopy self and put away his books. I changed out of his jacket into my jacket with the stain. When we get to the castle I'll change into a clean one.

Nightmare teleported me to my room so I could change. When we got there he went back to my AU so no one would notice. I switched my clothes and hid my soul. When I went downstairs I saw dust blue cross and dream waiting there. I leaned against the doorway without anyone noticing me. "So why are we going to the bar?" Dream asked. "I don't know, I thought it would be fun," dust replied. "I wonder if nightmares coming" Dream asked cross. "I asked him if he wanted to come but I don't think he's gonna" dust said.

I walked in the room and started talking to the rest of the group. Ink showed up with error not long after. Error was a little ticked off because ink forced him to go. "It's been about 12 minutes anyone else is coming," Blue asked. "I don't know. Maybe they are waiting there for us," Dust said. Sure enough when we got there horror and lust were there. Lust already had a drink before we got there. Horror was keeping an eye on lust because he's had a problem with flirting with people. Especially flitting with horror. Horror hated how he had to watch him but lust did the same when someone ticked horror off. We grabbed a few drinks and cross bet dream that he could drink a bottle faster than him. Cross lost 20 dollars because of that.

Nightmare showed up about 4 minutes after the bet. Dream was happy to see him there. We had a few drinks already. Well except horror. He didn't like drinking and someone had to be responsible. Cross kept going with his bets until he bet ink that he could draw a more perfect circle than him. We all laughed at that bet. He's betting his ARTESED brother to draw a circle. Also cross was more drunk than ink. After about 4 drinks I started to feel weird. I think nightmare was also having a good time because he kept drinking. Maybe it wasn't so good. After a couple hours we went back to the castle. People kept making bets as horror laughed most of the time. I didn't know what he was laughing at.

After a minute or two no one except horror could walk straight. Ink passed out a while ago and so did blue. Nightmare took me to my AU so we could sleep but it took a while. Once I woke up my head was pounding and I felt sick. I stumbled out of bed and out side. Nightmare didn't wake up for another hour or two so I had ink pick me up because he was the only one awake. He was shocked when he saw me then took me to the castle without saying anything until we got there. "...so what were you doing in your AU" he asked in a weird way. "What's wrong?" I asked. Ink teleported away before saying anything else.

Once dust woke up and looked at me he did the same thing. "Uhh..." he said. "What. What's wrong" I asked him, annoyed a little. "Go look in the mirror," he told me. I went to the bathroom and was pissed.
