you don't think there's anything wrong
with running shirtless down the beach
it's doesn't occur to you
that when your older, you won't be able to do that

when your a little girl
their is no boundaries
between you and your little brother
bath time is just play time in water

there was no men and women when i was young.

my mom was so distraught
by the idea that i would choose to be nothing
that i had decided to make myself a blank slate
she said i never felt this way as a little girl
this change seemed to happen overnight
what trauma happened to make me feel this way?

but it was nothing.
i had no problem being a little girl
but i can never be a woman
nothing traumatic happened to make me want to be nothing
i just got older.
