I think that I was born lonely
And being around others makes me anxious
Sometimes I'm sad
But I'd rather be sad sometimes
Than overwhelmed all the time
And so I choose to be lonely
So that I can stay free
And when I think about it this way
I'm alone
But not entirely lonely.
