Summary: It's the Fourth of July and the guys (plus Talia of course) go to see some fireworks.

Talia and the boys arrived at the park where they'd be watching the fireworks.

Benny and Will set up the lawn chairs, while Frankie and Santi scoped out the place.

"Sit down," Talia urged them.

Frankie sat, but Santi remained on high-alert. Thankfully he'd been told to leave his gun in the car.

"Santi," Talia said, softly placing her hand on his arm.

Santi relaxed and sat down, but kept an eye on their surroundings.

"The training runs deep, darlin'", Will told her.

"Tally, Tally, can we go play now!" Sofia asked.

"Ask your daddy," Talia said.

Sofia looked at Frankie and tried to give him her very best puppy dog eyes.

Frankie sighed. "Fine, but stay where we can see you."

"That's fine. I'll go with her," Talia said, standing up.

"Are you sure?"

Talia put a hand on Frankie's shoulder. "We'll be fine, 'Cisco."

Frankie blushed like every time she used that shortened version of his name.

Talia took Sofia's hand in her own and they walked towards the playground equipment.

"Man, when are you going to marry that woman?" Will asked him.

Frankie shook his head. "She probably doesn't want to get married."

Santi laughed.

"What?"

"Talia's wanted to get married for years now. She said she's just never found a man worth marrying. I've never seen her look at anyone the way she looks at you."

Frankie looked over at the two playing together and he couldn't help but let his imagination run wild. He pictured her waddling after Sofia, her belly round with his child. He'd never considered having another child or getting married again after what happened with Maya, but maybe he could have it again with Sofia.

Sofia came running back to Frankie and the guys, Talia chasing after her. "I win! I win!" she cried.

Talia doubled over panting.

Benny laughed. "Maybe you need to come to the gym with me."

Talia glared at him and sat back down in her lawn chair.

Someone stepped out on the small stage and said, "Hi! And welcome to our Fourth of July Extravaganza! Dinner will be served shortly. We've got hotdogs and chips and even some ice cream! So come help yourselves!"

Santi and Will were put in charge of procuring the food, while Benny kept Sofia busy chasing her around.

Frankie set up a little blanket for Sofia to sit on while she ate.

"Tally! Come eat with me!" Talia sat down on the blanket with her back resting up against Frankie's legs.

He lovingly stroked her hair as Talia listened to Sofia ramble on about school and what she at her mom's house.

Around 9 o'clock, a man dressed in uniform stepped out on stage. "Before the fireworks begin, we'd like to present the colors. At this time, we'd like to invite all veterans and current soldiers serving in the US military to stand. Please join me in thanking them for their service."

Benny and Will proudly stood up, but it took more convincing from Talia to get Frankie and Santi to join them. Talia knew they still carried tremendous guilt from the op in Colombia and the death of their captain. "You guys deserve the recognition," Talia told them, "What you did down there isn't a reflection of who you are as people. You're good men."

Frankie and Santi stood up as the people around them clapped.

Talia knew that unlike Will and Benny, they'd rather forget that they were ever in the military.

They brought the flags out and every one of her boys saluted as they sang the national anthem.

Talia would never admit it, but she loved a man in uniform.

Finally, it was time for the fireworks to start.

Talia set Sofia on her lap and Frankie covered her tiny ears with noise-deafening headphones.

Sofia watched wide-eyed as the fireworks went off around them.

Frankie glanced over at Talia, who had a smile on her face. Maybe he could have a happy ending with her. Maybe Talia was right. Maybe he deserved it after all he'd been through.
