Summary: Javier's girlfriend Odette has an affinity for glittery and sparkly things.

Javier was due home in half an hour for lunch.

Steve noticed how Javier kept glancing at the clock until finally it hit 12:00.

Javier stood up and grabbed his jacket, slipping his gun into his waistband.

"Where are you going?" Steve asked.

"Out," his partner answered.

Steve rolled his eyes and Javier practically ran up the steps and headed to the door.

He hopped in his Jeep and sped off for home, wanting to make the most of his hour lunch. When he walked in the door, he was immediately attacked by a pair of lips meeting his. "I've missed you."

Odette giggled as Javier's kisses trailed down to her neck. "You saw me this morning before you left for work, Javi."

Javier smiled against her neck. "I always miss you."

Odette was glad Javier was holding her up, because her knees would have buckled at his sweet words. Javier pulled away from her and Odette laughed.

"What?" Javier asked.

She swiped her thumb across his lips. It came away covered in glitter.

Javier was accustomed to being covered in glitter.

Almost every single make-up product Odette owned had glitter in it and she loved making herself (and everything else) sparkly like a thousand tiny diamonds. But her favorite item was a perfume Javier had purchased for their first anniversary. It usually left her neck and her wrists glittering in the hot Colombian sun. Javier often compared her to fairy with the way she sparkled (and considering she was a head smaller than him).

"Hope you're hungry!" Odette said, pulling the food out of the oven.

"Not for food," Javier growled into her neck.

"Javier Francisco Peña!" Odette smacked him with the oven mitt.

Javier just laughed and sat down at the table.

Odette put on a record while they ate. It was the one time of the day where Javier enjoyed the peace and quiet.

When they were done eating, Odette got up and put the dishes in the sink.

"Come sit with me before I have to go back to work," Javier asked her.

"Javi, I need to clean these."

"Can't you do that after I leave? I wanna spend some time with you." Odette rolled her eyes.

"Please, cariño?"

Odette sighed and threw her dishtowel on the counter. She walked over to Javier and he tugged her down into his lap. Odette laughed and wrapped her arms around Javier's neck.

Javier leaned up and kissed Odette, who sighed into his mouth.

Her fingers threaded into his short hair, depositing glitter into the brunette strands. Javier moaned into her mouth feeling her long nails lightly scratch his scalp. Javier pulled away and trailed kisses down to her neck, smudging the glitter there.

Odette grabbed at Javier's hair and brought his lips back to hers. They kissed for a few more minutes before Odette started to kiss and bite at Javier's neck.

Javier's hips bucked up involuntarily, causing both of them to moan. Javier buried a hand in her hair and slammed his lips onto hers. "Don't start something you can't finish, cariño."

"Javi."

Javier let out a hum as he kissed her.

"Javier."

"That's it, baby. Say my name."

Odette laughed and pulled away. "You'll be late." She glanced at the clock over his shoulder.

Javier groaned into her neck.

Odette slid off his lap and Javier threw his jacket back on. "Wait!" she said. Odette ran back into her room and reapplied the lip-gloss she was wearing. She walked back over to Javi and grabbed the lapels of his leather jacket and kissed his neck, leaving a sparkly stain. "There, now you'll have a little sparkle in your day!"

Javier smiled and grasped her chin in his hand, stealing one last glittery kiss from her before he left. Javier arrived back at the Embassy 15 minutes late. He sat down across from Steve, who laughed at him. "What?" Javier snapped.

Steve handed him a napkin and said, "I don't think that's your color."

Javier quickly wiped his lips and mustache.

"You've also got a little..." Steve pointed to his neck, but Javier simply smirked.

He was leaving the glitter on his neck.
