"I cant believe you thought that was a good idea! You're the most idiotic person I've ever met and I've lived with Scott my whole life!" Jules says to Liam as she drags him to an empty classroom along with Stiles, Hayden, and Brett. "I thought I could take it!" Liam argues with her as Jules and Stiles lay him on the table. Hayden immediately started ripping apart his shirt to get a better look at his wound and what they saw was horrendous. Three deep gashes were on Liams chest and they were leaking blood "What? Is it bad?" He asks the group of teens.
"No."
"Yes."
"Very."
"Okay. Okay. What do you guys usually do when this happens?" Hayden asks Jules and Stiles making Jules shrug and Stiles scratch his neck. "Oh, I usually pass out. And I think I still might do that." Stiles answers her as he observes Liams wound closely.
"Stiles!"
"Okay, okay. Okay. Scott did this with pain. He could trigger it. Pain makes you human." Stiles says to her. "He's already in pain." Hayden tells him. "Right, okay, but adding a little more could help take away the pain genius." Jules says to Hayden in a bitter tone as she found out that Hayden knew what happened to her memories all along. Jules soon took out her claws ready to sink them into Liams arm to inflict more pain but Hayden had ended up kissing the boy in front of her, effectively taking his pain. "Next time I'll kiss him." Stiles says making Jules laugh slightly until she realizes that the Beast was still out there.
She began to walk out of the room but was stopped by Brett who held her arm tightly. "Where are you going?" He asks her making Jules grab his hand. "I need to find Scott, he could be hurt." Jules tells him with worry in her voice. "I cant let you go alone." He tells her which makes her smile slightly at how much he cared for her.
"She won't be alone." A voice says from the hall. Two figures make their way out of the shadow revealing them to be Malia and Braeden. "C'mon let's go find your brother." Braeden says as she smiles at the younger girl who she hadn't seen in awhile. Jules tunes back to Brett and kissed his lips making him sigh against them before letting her go.
"So how did you get here so quickly." Jules asks Braeden as they speed walk to the library which had been where Scott's scent was leading them. "She's helping me with something." Malia answers for Braeden making Jules' eyebrows raise. "You mean helping you with the Desert Wolf." Jules says making Malia turn to her as she hadn't told her about finding her mother. "I'm sixteen not six. I can put two and two together." Jules says as she rolls her eyes.
When the three finally made it close to the library they could hear roars and grunts from the inside. The doors where thrown open and Jules could see Scott battling the beast. Scott had been thrown back into the shelves which made Braeden pull out her shotgun which caught the beast by surprise. The beast seemed to not want to get caught up in the situation and jumped right through the center of the library's window. "You didn't seriously think you were gonna have a chance against that thing, did you?" Braeden asks Scott who's face was converted in blood.
