Everyone here was extremely nice, and they were smothering me with hugs, kisses, and kept offering me so much food. They all seemed to love Selene, she was adored by everyone. It was so awesome to see how warm and welcoming they were being. It didn't matter if they were young or old, everyone showed equal respect for each other, but there were certain people, like Selene and her husband, that we're shown more respect than the rest.
I was amazed that everyone showed the same respect for Ty. He was certainly worthy of that respect. He is not just respectful towards everyone, but he seems to be passionate about his work and is always willing to lend a hand.
Speaking of the devil, I haven't seen him in almost half an hour. A lot of men seemed to have just....gotten up and left. I wasn't going to question it though, they were probably in a last-minute meeting somewhere. I have noticed that, just like my town, most people here run the town businesses. But, that doesn't mean I'm not worried about where he could have left off to. I turned and placed my hand on Selene's shoulder lightly, "Hey, have you seen Ty? He's been gone for a while now. Do you think he's ok?" I asked concerned for his whereabouts.
She smiles, placing her hand over mine, "Don't worry Em, he's fine. They're just talking to the other men. I'm sure they will be back soon." she says looking past me and smiling. "Oh, see? I told you. Here they come." I turn and sigh at the sight of my mate....wait, I mean, Ty. Why did I just say, mate? I must be a bit tired, I'm not thinking straight.
"Hry, gorgeous. You missed me?" he says as he wraps his arms around my waist and claims my lips. I involuntarily moan softly at the feel of his contact. My whole body feels sparks and tingling where his body is touching mine. He smiles at the sound of my moan and tightens his grip on me, igniting the sparks in me to a more intense feel. I suddenly wanted to d him so bad.
I have no idea what the hell is wrong with me? I've never been this crazed hormonal person like I've been feeling lately around him. "I want you too, babe," he whispers in my ear as if hearing my thoughts. I bite down on my bottom lip and wrap my arms around his neck, kissing him vigorously. We part, gasping for air. He rests his forehead against mine, as we both are left panting for breath. "But, we have to wait until we're back home. I don't think it would be such a great idea for us to get busy in front of everyone," he says chuckling, making my face redden with embarrassment.
"We could always leave early?" I suggest, placing my hands on his chest and kissing his lips softly. He smiles, running his hands softly up and down on my back.
"Attention everyone." An elderly, but beautiful lady clicks her glass grabbing the attention of everyone. We all turn to face, silencing and paying her our complete attentiveness.
