Chapter 5

*Lily's POV*

DREAM

"Demi, are you okay?" I asked the girl

"Yes, I'm awesome. I know you aren't." She said

"How do you know?" I asked

"Because I'm in a better place now." She said

DREAM ENDED

"Lily, wake up." my mom yelled

"Sorry, just a nightmare," I said

"It's okay. Do you want some coffee? A ride?" mom asked

"I'll take some coffee, and I'll walk to school." I said, I grabbed a coffee at Kum And Go, then I walked into school. It's going to be weird not seeing Demi today, I know Jess is very upset about it. Katie's probably going to try and be strong today. I'm going to try and be normal about all this. The question I have is why do I lose everybody I love? Someone's here one day and gone the next. I came into school, everyone was staring. I know why they're staring, I just wish it would stop.

"Hey, Jess. You okay?" I asked her

"OF COURSE IM NOT OKAY." Jess snapped

"Oh, sorry." I sighed

"Hey, no I'm sorry. I just really want them to find Demi." Jess said calmly.

"I know. Me too." Jess and I walked to class together, I really hope they find Demi. At lunch, it didn't feel complete without Demi. It was like a part of me was missing. I also had to figure out the who 'Levi' mess. I know I don't love him, and that I should break up with him, so I decided to do it during lunch.

"Hey Levi, can we talk?" I asked him

"Sure. What's up?" He asked

"I think we should break up," I said

"What? Why?" He asked

"I just look. I like you, but I don't love you." I said, he looked dead

"But, I love you." he said

"I know, but it's not right," I said

"But I'm always here for you." Levi said, now I kinda feel bad.

"REALLY? WHEN? YOU WEREN'T THERE FOR ME WHEN MY DAD DIED." I yelled. "Goodbye, Levi," I told him, then I left the Cafeteria. Then I got an update on my phone about the Demi case.

"A suspect says that we have identified the gender. It's a woman, she used to live in this town. That's all I can give you." The reporter said, I went back into the cafeteria.

"Hey, guys." I marched at the table

"What's up?" Katie asked

"The news said that Demi was kidnapped by women," I said out loud

"Really?" Jess sounded surprised.

"Yeah, and I think we should go searching," I yelled

"Are you sure?" Katie asked

"Yeah, it's kinda dangerous," Jess yelled

"Look, Demi was kidnapped. I would always risk my life for her, and sooner or later one of us will be next." I said

"Well, then you're not going alone," Levi yelled. Jess and Katie nodded like they were ready. Let's do this.

A/N: This chapter was kinda short and boring. Promise the next chapter will be more exciting.
