Chapter 17

*Callie's POV*

"Do you smell smoke?" I asked Lily, she seemed very curious. We then went out of our room, and out to the lunch room. We had to make sure there wasn't a fire. I felt my heart pumping very fast, I had no idea what was going on. Lily and I saw a women in the lunchroom, she was getting arrested by the police. Lily seemed to recognize the women.

"Mom. What are you doing here? And why are you smoking?" Lily asked she seemed very angry. I've never seen her this angry.

"You told them to send me to a treatment center, and they sent me here."

"I wanna leave."

"Miss, you can't do that. You have to stay here until-" Lily cut him off

"I SAID I WANNA LEAVE RIGHT NOW!!!" Lily shouted

"Okay, okay. You can leave tomorrow. Any other commands?"

"Callie gets to come with." Lily said

*Time Skip*

It was the morning now, today Lily and I finally get to leave. I think I'm more excited than her because i've been in this place forever. I also miss my parents, they visited me about 2 weeks ago. I can't thank Lily enough, she has saved me. I woke up but as usual Lily was still asleep, I decided to get dressed. I put on a black veil brides tee, black leggings, and a pair of converse. Today was extra special, i'm getting out of here today. I packed all of my clothes last night, they also gave me back my phone. I couldn't wait to get my phone back on the family plan, I can finally text my friends. Yes! Lily just woke up!

"Morning! Are you ready?" I asked

"Ready for what?"

"Hello! We're leaving today!" I said cheerfully, I seriously couldn't wait

"Oh, ya. I almost forgot! So I can wear my own clothes today?" of course Lily would say that...

"You sure can!" I said, then Lily went into her suitcase. She grabbed a blue tank top dress and a pair of black converse. I taught her well.

"Are you all ready to go?" I asked

"Yeah! Lets go!" She said, I saw my parents. My mom was wearing a white blouse and yoga pants. My dad was wearing his usual, jeans and t-shirt. They looked so happy, my sister was also there. Her name was Alice, she had auburn hair, it was long and curly. She was 13, she was wearing a pair of white shorts, pink vans, and a pink tank top. I miss her so much! My brother was also there, his name is Hudson. He was 5, he looked all dressed up and ready to see me.

"Callie! It's you!" mom started to say, I gave her a hug she was so happy.

"Yeah, it's me." I said, then I went over to daddy. He looked so proud of me.

"You know Adam would've been proud of you." daddy, said. Adam was my brother that committed suicide.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes. You are so strong!" I loved my dad so much! I then went over to Alice.

"You look so pretty! I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too!" I cried

"Can we go shopping once we get home?" Alice asked

"Of course!" I cheered, then I went over to Hudson. He had a big smile to light up the world.

"I thought you had red scars on your arm. Where did they go?" Hudson asked, he looked very sad.

"Well once you meet someone, the scars heal. Scars can be healed." I said, then I gave hudson a hug.

"Who's that girl?" Alice asked

"That's Lily. She's my new friend. Can we give her a ride home?" I asked them

"Sure, where are her parents?" dad asked

"Her full name is Lily King." I said

"Okay, that makes sense. Come on lets go!" Then we all got into the car and on the road.
