Chapter 12

*Katie's POV*

Right now Lily is in the hospital, there shouldn't have been any alcohol at the party. She passed out, and I hope she lives. How dare Levi give Lily a drink, he's been really messed up lately. I do see why Lily would want to drink, her mom is in a mental hospital. Her dad is alive, Demi was kidnapped, She was kidnapped and almost killed. It would make perfect sense why should would want to drink, would want to escape her own life. I remember the old Lily, the Lily that would make us all happy. I miss our old friendship, our friendship when we could tell each other anything, be honest. I miss the four of us, we made a pair, it wasn't just popularity. We had a real friendship with each other, and I want that back. Ever since Lily's dad died, she's never been the same. Finally it's Lily's aunt, her name is Caroline, I never knew what to call her.

"Hey, Caroline. What's the news?" I asked her, she looked like she was in tears. I didn't know what to expect.

"Well, she never drank alcohol." Caroline said to me, for an aunt she seemed cool. How could she not drink alcohol? I saw it, right in front of my eyes.

"But, I saw her. She had a drink, how is it possible?" I asked her, how could it be possible.

"Well, Levi gave her a drink. He gave her pop, he knew she was going through a rough time." Caroline said, this was so confusing.

"They did an alcohol test, she never drank alcohol." Caroline said, then she walked away, how was this possible? I knew I shouldn't question. I have no idea what happened, I mean how could that happen? For the next few hours I sat in the chair, thinking of what to do. Then I decided to get my 'Supernatural' book out hoping it would calm me down a bit, it didn't. Now Jess and Demi are here, thank god. I was hoping there parents would let them come, soon at least.

"Hey Katie, how are you holding up?" Jess asked, I didn't know how to respond. In reality I felt horrible, but how do I tell them that?

"I'm okay." The 'Okay' reminded me of The Fault in Our stars. It was a memory all of four of us shared, maybe 'Okay' will be our always

"Good." Demi said, it's still weird being around Demi. I mean Demi was kidnapped, yet she's still holding up okay. If I was her, I would be insane. Then Caroline came out, also known as Lily's aunt.

"I've got some news." Caroline said straight forward, we all looked surprised

"What is it?" I asked in a concerning way

"Tell us, now!" Demi chanted

"Is it bad?" Jess asked, god just let Caroline tell us.

"Lily has a mental disorder. The reason she fell was because she hasn't been eating as much as she should." Caroline said, this was surprising, I didn't know Lily has problems like that.

"Oh, which mental disorder?" Jess asked, I was kinda wondering that too

"She has Bipolar, she has mood swings. We're taking her to a treatment center." Caroline said, this was unbelieveable. I can't believe this.

"No, she can't. Not right now!" Demi yelled, I couldn't believe this! This was the worse time for a treatment center.

"Ya, she could get hurt there." Jess said, i'm kinda mad that she's being a little selfish, they all looked at me weird.

"I don't know what to think." I finally said, they all looked at me like I was crazy. Maybe I was crazy, I don't know anymore.

"All of you, except Katie are being selfish. Just let Lily take some of this time for herself." Caroline said, it was well said. She then led us to Lily's room, she had her eyes open.

"Where am I?" lily asked. Then her eyes closed.
