I try to speak up as I see Asuna, whom I haven't seen since I've been down here. All that comes out are noises due to my condition. I'm unable to tell the girl I love just how happy I am to see her so I speak in a new language, one that everybody understands: tears. I start crying and she hugs me with as much passion as our first kiss. I move my one arm as much as I can to try and hug her but don't manage more than an inch. She reassures me as she's crying, seeing me like this must be really hard for her. She says,
"Eveyrthing's alright, Kirito. That's enough. I'm here now, leave the rest to me."
I hate being stuck in this wheelchair, unable to do anything. But now that my fiancee is here, I finally feel a sense of hope. She leaves me and I hear clashing swords. I pray that Asuna is okay and I curse myself for not being able to protect her in my current condition. She's here now, I know that everything will be okay. If anyone can help me, it's the girl I love. I have to recover, to protect her and for her.
