I was meeting Steve in an hour and still had to change and get ready.

Making my way home from the office I went in and changed so that I was ready when Steve got here to get me.

We were meeting at the house grandpa left for me so dad would not know that I was spending most of my free time with Steve and had been since we had moved to New York full time.

I knew if dad would just spend some time with Steve they would get along but dad was stubborn and didn't want to like Steve because of grandpa. So for now I had to find a way to make it work and not have dad lose it when he found out I had been spending so much time with Steve.

I knew I should tell dad about it but I was enjoying spending time with Steve and knew that the moment dad found out he would most likely freak out.

So for now I was keeping it from him and was just going to enjoy it for as long as I can before he did find out

I walked out to the living room when I heard the doorbell. With a smile, I went to the door and pulled it open to see Steve there.

"Hello"

"Hello to you stranger."

"We saw each other yesterday."

"I know but it has been a long day."

"Is everything alright Rebekah?"
"It will be, just a lot of work and everything else. Just tired I guess."

"If you want we don't have to go out tonight. I can let you get some sleep."

"No, I want to go, It will be good for me to get out and just have some fun."

"Are you sure, It is alright if you just want to stay in tonight?"

"I know and thank you but I do want to go it will be good."

"Are you ready to go then?"

Walking over to the closet by the door I grabbed my bag and looked at Steve.

"Alright, I'm ready." He smiled at me and lead me out of the house. I turned around and locked the door before I put the keys into my bag.

He placed his hand on the small of my back before we walked to his bike.

"You are alright to ride right?"

"Yes, Steve I am. The truth is I am kind of enjoying it now. By the way, where are we going?"

"Do you trust me?"

"I do."

"Well, let's go then." He handed me the helmet and we climbed on.

"Hold on."

"Don't worry I will." With that, we took off to wherever he was taking me.

Not too long later we pulled up behind a building.

"Where are we?"

"Bucky and I use to come here all the time. It is a little different but still owned by the same family." We walked around and he held the door open for me as we walked in.

I looked around to see a beautiful dinner and it was like stepping back into the '40s.

"You have known about this all along and this is the first time you are showing me."

"Well, truth is I had no idea it was still here. I never came by until the other day."

"This is amazing Steve. I love it."

"Well I am glad, let's get a seat." We walked over to a booth and set down. A moment later we were brought menus and the girl took our drink orders before letting us look over the menu.
