I didn't know how long I had been in the room but it couldn't have been too long or I would be hungry, right? I turned over a hairpin, that I had found on the ground in my hand. Sara must have dropped it. I had managed to bend in such a way that it was sharp at one end. "Ahem?" my head shot up and Arima was stood over me, blocking out the dull light of the chandelier. Shit. I shifted my arm so it fell down my long sleeve. They had taken my ordinary clothes before I woke up and replaced them with a miserable grey top and leggings. "Come to mock me have you?" I kept my eyes fixed on a particular speck of dust next to Arima's black boots.

"I wouldn't stoop that low, honestly who do you think I am?" He crouched down so he was on the same level as me.

"A psychopath." Turning to him, I found him not angry though but amused.

He chuckled, "Oh you were always quite funny when you weren't balling your eyes out over silly things." Arima poked one of my eye bags before standing back up again," What I've actually come to tell you is that later you are expected to attend a little get together that Shibuki has arranged with some very special friends of yours." A grin spread across his face.

"Who?"

"You'll find out soon enough, but I'm sure you'll be happy to see them." He turned around, going to leave. With his back to me I shook my arm until the hairpin fell into my hand. I got up as quick as I could and bolted towards him and before he could react I flung one arm around his neck, pulling him down and plunged the hairpin in his eye. A blood curdling scream escaped from him.
