As jayda and Von arrive at Angellios, an elegant breakfast diner in down town Chicago , they give the car to valet and make their way inside to be seated in a nice disclosed area with only one other couple seated by them .

"Hello " Jayda speaks politely and they send a head nod and a small smile back at her

"Rude ahh white folks " Von mumbles and she swats him chuckling

"Stop " she tells him as they take their seats and she opens the menu excitedly, she's just happy to be at a place so nice .

She feels like a rich couple out for brunch . It's like a euphoric feeling she loves like being on top of the world . "Wow this is so nice " she smiles

"You ain't neva been hea before ?" He asks and she gives him a stale face

"Cmon now you know I ain't never been here before " she says and he shakes his head

"So the nigga was broke , drugged you , and beat you ? " he questions amused "Tuh you must think I'm Prince Charming or sumn shii cause he ain't shit " he says referring to her ex making her bust into laughter

"You so trifiling but yeah I do "she tells him honestly. He's like her prince , king, and hero all wrapped into one person .

"Ion know why , I'm not shit either I just do better at hiding it " he shrugs speaking the truth about the way he feels about himself .

Truthfully he's never wasted his time leading any of these girls on with a relationship cause he knows deep down inside that he's not capable of treating them right , but for some reason when jayda came around something in his mind told him he could do it . He just still doesn't believe it , he knows he can't give her what she deserves . Thays why he fights it

"I thought that at first too until you showed me this new Von who can't keep his lips off me " she teases as he laughs and looks away "Cmon you supposed to tell me what that's about" she reminds him . Not that she doesn't enjoy it , she's just curious .

"Ion know g it's just " he stops and clears his throat looking for a distraction to stop this conversation from happening " aye is anybody gone take our orda around dis hoe ?" He yells out loudly as jayda drops her head at his ghettoness

"If you don't stop yelling at these people " she grits her teeth at him as he waves someone over

"I'm so sorry sir how can I help you ?" The waiter asks anxiously as Von clears his throat opening the menu scanning it long and hard

"Von why would you throw a fit and you aren't even ready to order ?" Jayda questions shaking her head "I'm sorry sir we're not in a rush you can come back "jayda tells the waiter and he nods hesitantly at first but then walks off still afraid Von might have his little outburst again "you're a mess "she laughs at him

"They be treating us any typa way in hea " he mugs

"Oh whatever stop trying to avoid my question " she warns

"What question?" He fakes confused

"Don't play with me " She points while he grins

"Aight fine " he sighs "truth is at first I ain't have no intentions to even get this far witchu, I thought you was just gone stay wit me fa like two weeks, get yo bread and dip " he tells her honestly getting her full attention being that he's finally expressing some type of feelings towards her verbally. This is a rare sight to see .

"Then after I saw how dedicated you was to really learning the game and how much I was vibing wit you I realized you was gone be around for a while so I looked at you like a lil sister or partner or sumn ya know ?" He asks and she nods
