Aurelia's POV:

This morning I had been awaken by Elijah belly-flopping onto my bed.

"Wake up, sleepyhead!" Elijah yells into my ear, making me wince. I burry my head further into my pillow, wishing I could fall back to sleep at this very moment.

"Aurelia, I have to tell you something," his voice lowers, getting half on my attention. "But you have to wake up first."

What a fucking manipulator.

I groan, turning over to face him. The bright sunlight blinds my vision and I have to blink aggressively until I can see him clearly. Elijah looks down at me with a very serious face. I almost laugh in his face.

"Okay, okay! Get off of me, fucking pig." I say, squirming around under him until he finally gets off. I get out of the bed after him and go towards my bathroom to get ready while he sits on my bed watching me.

I grab my toothbrush and wet it, then I put toothpaste on it. "Okay. You had something to tell me?" I ask before I begin brushing my teeth, glancing at him.

His head lifts up from his phone. "Oh, yeah.  Okay, so—"

I spit. "I have something to tell you, too." I avoid looking at him.

He raises his eyebrows. "Really? What is it?" he asks.

I wait a while before I speak again, "You first." I can feel him roll his eyes.

"We're not playing that game, Aurelia."

I finish brushing my teeth and rinse my mouth with mouthwash. After I spit the mouthwash out I wash my face.

"Is your "something" more important than mine?" I ask as I walk over to my closet.

"I don't know! You haven't even told me yet so how am I suppose to know?" I glance back at him this time and actually catch him rolling his eyes.

"Don't roll your eyes at me, Mr. Rossi." I say sternly. "And we can just say them at the same time." I suggest.

My eyes scan over my clothes until the land on a grey sweatsuit. I take a white top and the sweatsuit and slip them on quickly.

"Okay, fine

"Okay, fine. Just no cheating." I nod my head as I walk out.

"You look hot." He smirks. I laugh lightly and bow.

"Thank you, thank you." I smile at him. Elijah always says shit like that, and I've grown used to it. Sometimes it even makes me blush—no weird shit though.

I sit on the bed and we face one another. He has that serious face on again.

"On the count of three," He starts and I nod. "One...two...three—"

"I kissed Elliot!"

"I hit my big toe!"

We both stare back at each other with wide eyes, trying to process what just came out of our mouths.
