" I'm waiting for you to ask questions , I mean you are the one who wants answers " I said back . Not intending to be rude .

" Where's your family ? " He asked .

" My daughter just answered the door . My other daughter lives with her fiancé " I responded .

" And my father ...... "

" Down the street " I mentally rolled my eyes .

" Would it be too much to ask to meet him ? " He asked .

" Of course not . I'll even call my other daughter over here " I said texting Michael , then Mia .

I have no idea how this is gonna go down , I just hope this doesn't go sour .

" Who you do to my baby ? He over here fuming " Joyce said to me for the phone .

I sucked my teeth " Tell his cry baby butt to fight me " I rolled my eyes , " I didn't do anything . He lied to me about signing the divorce papers 11 years ago and I'm just not finding out . Now he wanna pout cause he got caught " I explained to her. .

That's what he always does . " Oh well he's in his way over . Yana texted him just now " She said .

I groaned " Alright . I'll talk to you later Ma " I said before hanging up .

The doorbell rang and I expected it to be Chris but I knew it wasn't because Chris uses a key .

I answered it and it was just Trevan . " Hey babe " I said pecking his lips .

" Wassup " He said before walking in .

" What you been up to ? " I asked .

" Nothin much since you stood me up " He joked .

That's another reason why the kids don't like him . They think he has no life . I disagree. I just think he devotes a lot of time to his woman . I don't see s problem with that .

" We boutta go out mom " Kam said as King trailed behind me .

" Hey guys " Trevan greeted .

They just nodded at him . Lord , that can't just put on a smile for once .

" Y'all not gonna take your sister ? " I asked .

" Hell no . Besides she got plans with dad " King said reminding me .

As soon as King and Kam pulled off , Chris showed up .

When Chris walked in , the tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife .

" Yana , your dad is here ! " I yelled breaking the silence .

He just needed to get Yana and leave . " Wassup wifey . You still mad ? " He asked d.

No Chris , not now . Just shut up . I widened my eyes at him giving him a look but that only made him smirk .

" What ? I ain't mean to make my wifey mad " Yana if you don't hurry yo ass up .
