"no one can replace you"

your mother had to take care of your cousin, morgan for the week since tony was on a mission. you thought it would be fun, but you were wrong, all week, your mother has barely been paying attention to you. you wanted to ask her to play, but she was playing with morgan. and you know you could've joined them, but you were scared to ask. the next day, you wanted to go to the park with her, but she was already gone with morgan. you just hung out with wanda, now, what you didn't know is that your mother didn't take you is because you usually don't play with other kids. she knows you don't really like socializing at all. so she knew if she took you, you would be bored. you were getting more and more jealous as the week went on. but on sunday, it all went down. it happened during lunch time. you wanted to play with your mama, so you made your way to the kitchen. your mother and morgan was there. "mama?" no response "mamaa?" "what do you need y/n?" "can we play?" "in a while, i have to finish helping morgan eat" "of course you do, always helping morgan" you mumbled while walking away. "i heard that y/n!" you sped walked to wanda's room, trying not to cry. "oh- hello y/n! what's up?" you bursted out crying. "oh- what's wrong?" she picked you up, bouncing you in her hip "my mama- she hasn't paid any attention to me all week! she's been playing with morgan" "ohh, well, morgan always loves to play, and you really don't like playing with kids right?" "uh huh" "so maybe she's just trying to keep you from not being so uncomfortable" "oh, well maybe" you wiggles out her arms after you gave her a hug. you ran to your room and laid down for a nap. a nap turned into a full sleep, you woke up at 8 the next morning. your mother came into your room. "good morning love" she smiled at you, but you looked away. she just sighed and picked you up. "is this about what happened yesterday?" you just rolled your eyes. "look, i'm sorry for not paying that much attention to you, morgan just loves to play and she was keeping me busy all week. no one can
replace you, i'm sorry." "it's okay mama! i forgive you! can we play together now?" "of course we can love!" she picked you up, took you for bath, fed you breakfast, and took you to play at the park.
