Amelia's life was not an easy one. She was the youngest daughter of a wealthy man who owned a large and successful company. Her father was well-respected in the community, and many people worked for him.

Despite all of this apparent success and wealth, Amelia felt alone and unloved. Her elder sister had always been the favorite child, praised for her figure, her grades, and her maturity. Amelia, on the other hand, was an 18-year-old who still enjoyed watching cartoons and playing with dolls.

Her father was embarrassed of her, and never took her to the company or introduced her to his employees. It was as if he didn't want anyone to see her and judge her as unworthy. Her mother was no better, constantly scolding her for her childish ways and telling her to grow up and act more responsibly.

Amelia's sister never seemed to have much time or affection for her younger sibling. In fact, she often ignored Amelia, choosing instead to spend time with her own friends or pursue her own interests.

She would sometimes try to reach out and connect with her sister, but her attempts were often met with indifference or even hostility.

Amelia longed for acceptance and love, but it seemed that she would never find it in her family. She felt like a black sheep, a burden on her parents, and no matter how hard she tried to please them, she could never seem to win their approval. It was a sad state of affairs, but through it all, Amelia tried to stay strong and keep fighting for a place in her family's hearts.

A FEW MONTHS LATER

Amelia was struggling in her studies. Her parents had high expectations for her and wanted her to excel in all her subjects. Unfortunately, Amelia found it difficult to keep up with the demands of her physics and chemistry classes and she began to receive poor grades in these subjects.

Her parents were disappointed and frustrated with her lack of progress. They felt that their money were being wasted and they became increasingly impatient and angry with Amelia.

Mom - " So now as you have finally turned 18 we have decided to get you married "

Amelia - " Mum I just turned 18, please mum I want to work somewhere. Please let me stay with you ."

Dad - " All you do is play with your dolls and nothing, you're like a burden for us. "

Mom - " Who will give you work? You're useless anyway. If you're so eager to work then work at your future husband's"

Dad - "I have already chosen a boy for you so you will get married after one week "

Amelia Hesitantly nodded

In their desperation to find a solution to kick out the burden out of the house her father decided that the best course of action was to marry her off to one of their employees, a man named R.

R was much older than Amelia and had been working under her father's company as a junior journalist of Column Times.

Amelia was dismayed by her parents' decision and felt trapped in a situation that she had no control over. She was still very young and had dreams of pursuing her education and discovering her own path in life.

However, her parents were determined to proceed with the marriage and she was soon wed to R.

The marriage proved to be a difficult one for Amelia. She found it hard to connect with her husband, who was much older and had very different interests and priorities. She also struggled to adjust to her new role as a wife and homemaker, having had little experience or training in these areas.

And it's been already two months since their marriage, but their relationship is not on good terms with each other.

There is no romance no sincerity. In short, there is no love between them.
