✦ Y/n's Pov ; The Day Before Luca Leaves ✦

It was the night before Thanksgiving. It felt like just yesterday we'd just met. How did time pass by so quickly? I looked down at Luca who was laying on top of me, his arms tightened around my body and his head was resting on my chest. Right after Thanksgiving, Luca will be leaving. But for now, spending all the time I can with him is whats important.

"Hey Y/n.." Luca says finally breaking the silence, "Hm?" I let out, "Will you really be okay? I can always change my mind you know.." I shook my head and gave him a small smile, "Luca, you can't change your mind because of me. Family always comes first." I said

"If that's what you think.. then why is your smile so sad?" He asks, "Seriously, I can always change my mind." I shook my head, "Sure I'm sad that you'll be going away but at least we'll have memories of each other."

I felt a smile form on my chest, Luca's face brightened up. He held my body tighter as we continued to talk about us and soon drifted off to sleep.

End of Y/n's pov

「 The Next Day 」

The Squad House was a mess, It was already Thanksgiving afternoon. Alex and Charli were in charge of decorating the house while Levi and Lyssy were on cooking duty. The rest of the Squad including Y/n, Luca, Jaxx, Sora, and Light were in charge of cleaning their rooms and the rest of the rooms in the house.

Lyssy was baking some desserts for everyone to eat later while Levi was in charge of the turkey and other foods.

"How's the turkey coming along?" Lyssy asks while pouring the cupcake mixture in the tray, "It's going good. Just a few more hours until it's done." Lyssy nods while walking over to the other oven, she had placed the tray of the cupcakes inside and started to clean up the kitchen along with Levi who was done with the other foods he had cooked.

"Y/n, where does this go?" Sora asks, "That belongs in the library" She responds, "I finished cleaning, is there anything else I should do?" Jaxx says while walking up to Y/n, "Maybe try asking Light if he needs help" She responds

Six hours have passed, Everyone has finally finished their duties. One thing that was left was the dinner table being set. Y/n, Luca, and Charli had start to set the table while the rest of the members were playing games and watching TV in the other room. Alex on the other hand was taking photos of everyone to later post on her Instagram wishing her fans a Happy Thanksgiving.

"The dinner table is set!" Charli yelled out, everyone had gotten up and ran to the kitchen. "Aw yeah! Time to eat!" Sora says while clapping his hands.

They all sat down at the table. Luca was obviously sitting next to Y/n, on the other side of Y/n was Lyssy. Next to Lyssy was Levi. In front of  the 4 was Alex, Charli, Jaxx, Sora, and Light.
The center of the table was all of the foods Levi and Lyssy had prepared.

"I can't wait to gobble this down" Sora says causing everyone to facepalm themselves. "Let's not start with the puns, okay Sora?" Levi sighed

Before eating, Alex wanted to say a prayer. Everyone then held hands and closed their eyes. Alex began, "O Gracious god, thank you for blessing us with this wonderful meal and thank you for bringing us together as a family. You provided us with more than what we can imagine and we are grateful. Amen."

"Amen." Said the rest of the squad, they let go of each others hands and finally began to eat.

"I must say, you guys did a great job with the food" Sora says to Lyssy and Levi, "Oh please, Levi did all the work, I just did the desserts." Lyssy says

Levi shook his head, "You were a great assistant with helping me Lyssy, take some credit" He joins in, "So, is there anyone here who'd like to share what they're grateful for?" Jaxx interrupts

"I'm grateful for you guys!" Charli smiles while grabbing Lights hand, "Especially you"

"Well, I'm grateful for Sora!" Jaxx exclaims, "Really? I'm also grateful for Sora!!" Sora jokes, "No.. You were supposed to say you were grateful for- never mind."

"Don't worry Jaxx, we all know he's just messing with you" Y/n laughs, "I'm grateful for you guys as well and Luca of course"

"Really? Then Luca what about you?" Levi teases his brother, "Well, Of course I'm grateful for my girlfriend. I have a surprise for her as well before I go." Luca says while looking at Y/n with a grin

Hours have passed by once again, It was already 10 at night. While everyone was cleaning, Luca had pulled Y/n outside to the balcony.

"I said I had a surprise for you" He starts, "Look at the garden" He points. Y/n turned her head to see a bunch of lights turning on, She gasped at the beautiful sight then turning her head back at Luca who was holding out a box

"What is it?" She asks while receiving the box, "Us. Our memories." He says, "Its a photo book of us from the beginning to now." He says while pulling out a camera, "Say cheese"

Y/n smiled while posing next to him, The photo then began to print out. Luca handed her the photo and took out a small box from his pocket

"Another thing is this" He says while opening the box, It was a beautiful necklace with a moon charm attached to it. "Turn around" He says, Y/n turned around again while holding her hair. Luca then put the necklace on her.

"Thank you," She says while giving him a big hug, "But I didn't get you anything! I feel so bad" Y/n panics, "It's alright. You were the best gift I could ever ask for" Luca chuckles as he places his hands on Y/n's waist

The two had stayed on the balcony not letting go from one another. This was really it, after 9 months, who knew that their time was short.

"Wanna go back inside?" Luca whispers, Y/n nods. They both intertwined their hands and walked back inside. The Squad were gone, possibly back to their rooms. Luca and Y/n made their way upstairs back to Y/n's room.

Y/n places her gifts on the desk where her computer was. Suddenly, she felt Luca's pair of hands grabbing onto her waist, holding her tight. She then turned around and slowly removed his jacket, leaving his white buttoned up shirt alone

I don't know what came over me, But when I had asked her if she wanted to go back inside, that's when I knew that I truly wanted her all to myself. The past few days have been rough as I couldn't get her all to myself without being interrupted by one of these idiots. But now I must not waste anymore time.

I slowly closed and locked her door and walked towards Y/n as she was putting down her gifts, I wrapped my arms around her waist, holding her tight. I could feel her sudden movements, She was now facing me. I looked down to see her face turning red. I gave her a small smirk as I placed my finger onto her chin.

I slowly leaned in and placed my lips onto hers. I could feel hers pressing back onto mine, Our kiss slowly turned into a small make out but it was suddenly over after we pulled away. She then removed my jacket leaving my white buttoned up shirt alone, I placed my lips back onto Y/n's once again. I start to walk back to her bed with her footsteps following.

I pulled Y/n onto my lap, our lips not separating. My hands never left her waist. We then pulled away from one another, I looked into her eyes and then back at her lips, she smiled at me. God, she really knows how to drive someone crazy.

"Are you okay with this?" I asked her, I didn't get a response, She had pulled me by the collar of my shirt into another kiss. 'She was definitely okay with this then'

It wasn't that long until I had kissed back once again, I could feel her playing with my hair as our kiss deepened. I then lifted her up, placing her on her bed. I then hovered over her.

"If you wish to stop, please tell me my love" I said to her, She shakes her head, "Don't stop"

After reassuring Luca that it was okay to continue, I felt his lips press onto mines, I start to grip on his hair as we continued to make out.

I then felt his lips onto my neck, Not wanting to make a sound, I bit the bottom of my lip and slightly moved. He stopped and we made eye contact, I could see a smirk forming as he continued to leave kisses on my neck

I moved my hands that were playing with his hair to my mouth as I began to cover them. His lips felt good on my neck but I didn't want to make a sound, what if the squad had heard us?

Before I could say anything, Luca moved his lips from my neck to my ear, "I love you" He says. I uncovered my mouth and whispered back, "I love you too."
