It was nighttime at Adventure Bay , the citizens are very excited for today Halloween . At the lookout , the Ryder and the pups are already in their costumes but except for Rocky and Donut Dave . Rocky is hiding under the table and Dave is searching for any clue on the file with Hank Terron and Howie Roger Jones . John Kim-Koh is outside looking at the citizens celebrate .
John Kim-Koh : No any sight of Mysterious Shadow armies .
Donut Dave : This is the worst night . We can't find any clue about Mysterious Shadow . It's only we have the last evidence of Mysterious Shadow plan .
Howie Roger Jones : Well we haven't found the forth evidence yet .
Tundra : Well speaking of evidence , where's Rocky ?
Chase : Hiding under the table .
Tundra : Why is he hiding under the table ?
Chase : No reason .
Marshall : I think he's afraid of skeleton because of the human body .
Liberty : Come on , it just a dummy .
Marshall : Because sometimes he thinks it's real .
Donut Dave : Or maybe he wasn't ready to go trick or treat .
Tundra walk up to the table . She found Rocky is hiding under the table , he still in his uniform and his paws cover his eyes .
Tundra : Hey Rock .
Rocky : Hey T-Tundra .
Tundra : Why are you hiding under the table ?
Rocky : Oh umm ... I was doing nothing .
Tundra : Really ?
Zuma : Don't lie to us , Wocky .
Rocky : Okay . Truth is I never went out for trick or treat on Halloween before .
Hank Terron : Wait , you never celebrate Halloween before ?
Rocky : Yeah .
Donut Dave : Why you never celebrate Halloween before ? You don't like this holiday ?
Rocky : No . I was a little stray pup living on the street . I saw many people and kids started went to trick or treat . I look around the city and saw many bad people use fake skeleton to scare me . I freak out and run away making the other people laugh at me .
Hank Terron : So this happen ? I never thought about that .
Ryder : Rocky , there's no something to be afraid . Everyone have their own fear .
Howie Roger Jones : Because you are afraid eating brussel sprouts ?
Ryder : Almost . But you have to be a bit brave and show them who's the boss . Don't you remember Junker taught you back in Adventure City when you are a stray little pup ?
Rocky : Yes .
Donut Dave : Then show everyone who's the brave pup on Halloween . I didn't wear a costume because I thought it was for children .
Hank Terron : It's not only for children Dave .
Rubble : It's for the adult and children to wear the costume . You should wear it officer Dave .
Donut Dave : Oh ... But I don't know . I kinda too old for Halloween .
Howie Roger Jones : Never said never if you join us for trick or treat .
Marshall : Please join us Dave .
Liberty : Please ? We promise we can show you around in Adventure Bay and show you how fun it is .
John Kim-Koh : Also about Dumpster Diver Dan . He'll be happy for you if you go trick or treat with us .
Donut Dave : You know what ? Okay , I'll join you all .
Pups : Yes .
Donut Dave : And I thought trick or treat that people give children some donuts as a treat .
Everyone laugh because of Donut Dave joke . They exit the lookout and head to town . Donut Dave join the pups . Then , John Kim-Koh stop Rocky for a second .
John Kim-Koh : Got a sec ?
Rocky : Yeah .
John Kim-Koh : About those box of birth certificate files . I never know you're the only pup with full name because I check the other pups birth certificate , they're only have normal name .
Rocky : I think my mom give me this when I was a baby pup or my mom's grandma give her a full name .
John Kim-Koh : So you have a grandma or grandpa ?
Rocky : No . Mom never told me about her family members yet . But do you think my dad will be happy if I went trick or treat with my friends ? My dad pass away by that evil agency shoot him .
John Kim-Koh : Oh ... I'm sorry for your father but your dad will be happy for you going trick or treat with the other pups . I think your father is in heaven but he'll be watching you on heaven . But not happy because you got a scar on your left side face .
Rocky : I know about that . Let's go trick or treat with the others .
John Kim-Koh : Okay .
