Pov: the girl on the bench girlfriend

I was approaching my girlfriend until I see a girl that I know likes my girlfriend getting ready to approach her. I smirk and hug my girlfriend lovingly side eying the girl as an evil smirk creeps on my face. It slowly drops as it doesn't feel right when I look at my girlfriend watching the girl walk away. My muscles tense as I know she is slowly loosing feelings for me and gaining them for her. I'm okay though as long as she is happy I'm happy.
I let go of her and say ' go after her'.
She looks at me shocked as I nod.
She hugs me and says " I'm sorry it turned out like this" before running away shouting the girls name.
I collapse on the bench as a tear drops
