I came running from school, greeted mom and dad to ran to my room and turn on my computer, waiting anxiously. Since Alycia moved to Los Angeles, we video call on the weekends. Today is not weekend but it is my birthday and Alycia always calls me, I got distracted fixing my hair in the mirror and when my phone rang I ran to it

"Oh" I frowned seeing Angus tag me in a post, he congratulated me in the morning

I kept waiting impatiently for my sister's call

"She's probably busy doing something" I thought to myself "You know her life is very demanding and she's maybe... doing something" I sighed and started moving my fingers quickly unconsciously "She wouldn't forget would she?" I shook my head "No, of course not"

I saw my collage of photos that I have  on the wall and I smiled looking at the photos, mainly of my family and me. I saw the photo of Alycia with her big green eyes, cleaning the garage, her clothes full of paint just like her hands, I'm right beside her, I smiled remembering that day

"When I'll be king dilly dilly" I was singing in the garage "You'll be my queen"

I heard my sister call my name

"Y/N wh...?" her eyes widened "Y/N what did you do?"

I saw the floor without understanding well, the pain adorning the floor

"I wanted cookies"

"You're grounded, our parents took your cookies"

"But I found where they keep them" I said excitedly and pointed to the big shelf "I just wanted the cookies"

The main door was heard as well our parents voices, Alycia turned to see me and pressed her lips together, she closed her eyes sighing and took off her red glasses to give them to me

"Kids?"

After a few seconds they entered the garage and saw the mess

"What? But how?" dad asked

"Which of you two was it?" mom point at us

"It was me" Alycia spoke

"Alycia!" mom raised her voice angrily

"Sorry, it was an accident"

"Alycia, do you know how much that pain cost? It will come out of your savings"

"Mom!" my sister complained

"And you will clean all this" she point around

I looked at my sister with guilty and she put out her tongue with a smile, then she put paint in my nose making me smile and we started a game

I kept looking at the photos and the one that caught my attention was one where I am with Alycia making funny faces, both with sunglasses, that was from 1 year ago when she came on vacation to Australia

"Leesh look!" I hit my sister's arm several times and pointed to the sunglasses

We were shopping, we approached and saw the glasses until one stood out from the others
