My body felt the cold and hard ground

"We've still got work to do" I heard familiar voices

"How can you be so sure?" I slowly opened my eyes

"My son told me" I recognized Jaha

"Y/N?" Kane asked "Are you okay?"

"What the hell?" I sat down and placed my hand on my head "Where am I? What happened?"

"What was the last thing you remember?" Jaha inquired

"I was in the forest" my headache does not go away

"What were you doing in the woods?"

"Looking for John"

"Murphy?" I nodded to Jaha

"We were together, Finn went crazy wanting to find Clarke but we got separated, I got separated from them"

I observed the place and apparently my face exposed my confusion because Kane explained

"I don't know exactly where we are but we are in the territory of the grounders"

I tried to get up and realized that my foot is cuffed, my stomach asked me for food

"When I arrived?"

"Yesterday, today is the third day that they have us here"

"With no food" added Jaha

"I have lasted more days without eating" I said sarcastically "But it must be difficult for you-"

"Y/N-" a noise interrupted him

A grounder opened the door, Kane got up and watched the other grounders enter, I got up slowly when the one I guess is the leader saw me, he gave a kind of sign to the others and they approached to hit Jaha who didn't stand up

"Stop! We came in peace!" Kane tried "We came in peace, please!"

They lifted Jaha up and that was when I noticed the girl behind the leader, I watched as she walked dragging one leg, holding a vase in her hands

"You speak of peace, while you send an assassin into one of my villages" he finally spoke

"What are you talking about?"

"Blood" he saw the three of us "Must have blood" he took out his knife "Two of you will diez here today by the other hand. I will hear the terms of your surrender from the one who lives"

He dropped the knife to the ground and spoke in her language to the girl, I looked at her dirty face and something in her captivated me. The grounders left and I sat down

"You know something?" Kane asked me

"No" I saw the girl watching me carefully "I told you, I separated from John"

"They want us to turno on each other"
Jaha said

"They want justice" the girl spoke gaining our attention

"Justice?" I inquired "For something we didn't commit?"

"It doesn't matter" she replied

"It doesn't matter?" I raised my voice "Each person is responsible for their own actions"

"Lives have been lost on both sides" Kane intervened "That's why we need to end this war!"

He threw her jacket, causing the girl to jump, I looked at her carefully and she turned to see me, I lowered my eyes and changed position. Jaha approached her

"You're going to scare her" I said when I saw the uncomfortable girl "Don't be weird"

"What's your name?" he ignored me
