Lexa ☩ Niko's Sister ☩

I fixed the vials on the shelf when a couple of guards walked in.

"Heda requires your presence"

"Yes" I took the suitcase and joined them

I followed them to the Tower and from there to the commander's room, one of the guards knocked on the door

"Niko's sister"

"Enter" Lexa let me in

I bowed my head seeing Lexa in front of me

"My brother is not here, heda"

"I know" she walked towards her sofa "I asked for you"

I looked awkwardly at the suitcase between my fingers and Lexa cleared her throat, I looked up and she raised an eyebrow

"Oh" I awkwardly moved my feet "I'm sorry"

I sat next to her, with a lot of distance between us and looked for injuries

"I don't understand" I frowned "I don't see wounds, heda"

"My pain is muscular"

I opened my suitcase and searched among the bottles for the best solution to relax the muscles and remove the pain, I went to the table that I normally use to work and I emptied the exact amount into the container, I added a couple of herbs and my muscles tensed when I catch Lexa staring at me out of the corner of my eye, I poured hot water into a cup and added my mixture 

"Here, heda"

As she took the cup, her fingers touched mine and a shiver ran through my whole bodyI know it's not our job to perform massages or anything other than healing, but our Commander is the exception. I remember the first time I offered Lexa a massage, I thought she would hit me. or something but she just nodded slowly. It is my fourth time treating Lexa instead of my brother and the funny thing is that only the first time she had a real injury

"The oils are where always"

Her voice made me react and I got out of my trance, I nodded and she went to the bathroom

"When you are ready"

I turned to see her with her night dress and rubbed the oils on my hands, Lexa lay back on her bed and I stumbled a couple of times. The skin on her back tremble when she felt my hands

"I'm sorry, heda" I removed my hands "I must have warmed my hands"

"It is okay" was all she said

I massaged her muscles to relax them, my lips trembled when I reach her lower back

"I'm done" I spread the remaining oil between my hands

I gave Lexa privacy to get dressed and played coy with my hands

"Thank you, Y/N"

I turned to bow, revealing my smile

"Something funny?"

"You are the only one who calls me by my name" I felt a blush on my cheek "Everyone knows me as Niko's sister"

"I still remember the first time Niko brought you, you were learning to be a healer"

"I'm glad to help our people to not feel pain"

"I know" her voice is sweet

"Is there anything else I can help with?"

Lexa looked at my body and I held my breath, she shook her head after a while with a little sparkle in her eyes

"Heda" I made a last bow to leave
