I pursed my lips when my hand touched the pan

"NOW!" Troy yelled from the room

"One second!" I replied placing the food on the plate

"Fucking shit" he said under his breath

I took out the toast and put it on the plate to give it to Troy

"Looks delicious" he smiled when he saw the food

With one hand he took the plate and with the other he pulled my clothes to sit on his lap. I saw the notebook in front of him and settled to get a better look. They are names and next to has numbers

"Nick's coming to dinner" he spoke suddenly made me jump "Do something with the vegetables I brought

"Want something in particular?"

"Whatever you cook is fine" he kiss my shoulder "Everything looks great on you"

"Troy?" he raised an eyebrow "Can I go?"

"Did I tell you that you can go?" he said upset

"It's just that-" I don't want to bother him "I'll be late for my shift"

"Don't go" he shrugged his shoulders "I'll tell them you can't go"

I nodded, Troy is Otto's son so he has power here. I spent the whole day reading to pass the time until Troy arrives, I decided to start preparing everything. Troy walked into the kitchen and placed his hands on my waist

"I'll take a shower. My father invited Madison and Alicia" Troy sighed "And your father will come too"

"Y/N" Otto entered the kitchen "I guess Troy told you about our guests" I nodded and continued cutting the carrots. Otto approaches pouring liquor in a glass "What happened?" I look at my arm

I saw the finger-shaped bruise and turned to see him "I hit myself with something" 

"You must be more careful" I nodded slowly "What did you hit yourself with?"

"With-" I searched for an answer "The shelf?"

"You fell" he approached "In the shower, you must be careful. What happened?"

"I fell in the shower" I swallow dry

"Good" he left the kitchen "And Y/N, cover your arms"

I return cutting the vegetables and finished the meal, I went up to get ready. I could hear the voices of the guests arriving and I hurried downstairs

"Hello Y/N" Madison was the first to speak

"Hello" I replied with a smile

"Madison" Otto called her "A word?"

They left me with Alicia and Nick. I went to the kitchen for the appetizers and placed them on the table. I was going to sit beside Nick, since there is a space between him and Alicia, Troy is to the left of him, Troy pulled me to sit on his lap and I rolled my eyes without anyone seeing me

"I'm late?" I recognized Jake's voice, he greeted everyone and left me at the end "Y/N" 

"Hey" I answers without seeing him

I felt Troy's hand on my leg and I know I did the right thing not to see his brother, I felt someone's gaze and I turned to see Alicia

"Y/N" my father was the last to arrive

"Father"

"Troy" he greeted him

"Mr. Y/L/N" my boyfriend replied
