"Can I get a beer, please? Whatever you've got," Jo slumped softly against the bar she'd just walked into. It wasn't that busy yet, only about six in the evening. She expected it would fill up shortly and managed to sneak in before the crowd.

The bartender nodded, cracked open a cold one and set it down in front of the singer. He eyed the two security guards standing behind her diligently like the royal guard.

Jo brought the bottle up to her lips and took a swig, letting it roll down her throat with a small exhale as she set it down.

One beer became two, and by the time two had finished it had started to become quite lively in there and she could feel the eyes on her, "Gabriel, I want to go back to the hotel now, please."

"Yes, ma'am," he agreed, sending the other guard to go retrieve the rental car. There was a woman on the barstool next to the brunette that he eyed suspiciously, her eyes were following Jo's moves carefully, even though she tried to hide it.

"Hi," the red haired girl finally blurted out, "I really like your shoes."

Josephine glanced down and saw the pride sneakers on her feet, nodding, "Oh, thank you."

"Can I buy you a drink?" She offered quickly, "I'm Delilah."

"Uhm, I appreciate the offer but my driver is coming around, thank you though, I appreciate it," Jo formed an uncomfortable smile and stood up to wrap her coat around her body.

"You must be from out of town, I know everyone in this bar and usually we just call it Uber," Delilah snorted as if it was a hilarious regional accent that made that encounter different than her usual others.

"Ah, not exactly an Uber. If you'll excuse me... Gabriel?"

"Yes, your majesty?" He grinned, earning a dirty look from the singer.

"Please get the Queen on the phone, I'm ready for a meeting," Jo played along, completely joking and feeling a bit too buzzed to stay mad at him for long. She didn't expect him to call anyone, only saying the first thing that came to mind.

"I do not think that is necessary, your majesty," he said in his hushed whisper, noticing who had coincidentally walked into the Colorado bar.

"What the—" Jo whispered, not expecting to see that person walk through the door anytime soon.

"Is that Taylor Swift?" Delilah piped up, "Did you know she's like, totally bi?! Ugh, she's so damn hot."

Jo pursed her lips together tightly to withhold her laughter, realizing that the odd woman really was out of touch with the media, and apparently had no idea who she was, which would have been refreshing if it wasn't for the fact she was being hit on.

"Ahem," Gabriel cleared his throat as Jo made her way across the room, leaning just a bit closer to the woman to say, "That was seven time Grammy winner, Josephine Collins, seated next to you. The long-time girlfriend of Taylor Swift."

Delilah's jaw dropped, cheeks flooded with embarrassment, "Shit."

The woman long forgotten, Jo turned Taylor around with a smooth and gentle twist of her arm, walking them right back out of the bar, "What— How did you find me here?"

"You have your location shared with me, I had the plane layover on my way back to London for shooting," Taylor reminded the brunette. The shooting she was referring to was the movie Cats, a project she was incredibly excited about that was filming overseas. She had been off for a few weeks, they hadn't needed her.
